Eating my yummy sandwich as I type this review. Had a great experience here. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. I got the 5-inch steak with peppers, onions, and provolone with the homemade chips as my side. It was fantastic! I would’ve liked to double the cheese, but that’s just my personal preference. I’ll ask for extra cheese next time. Bread was fresh, steak tasted great, veggies sauteed nicely. Fresh homemade chips were delish! I had eaten half the chips on my way back to work before I took the photo. Generous portions. Very clean establishment. Good jazz playing. The owners were there cooking and serving. They are very friendly, all smiles and kindness. The menu is simple, not overwhelming to order from. This restaurant is nestled in the heart of downtown Gladewater. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping here for AUTHENTIC Philly cheesesteaks! You won’t be disappointed.

Most authentic Cheesesteak outside of Philly! Just like or better than any you’ll get in Philadelphia! Rob and his wife are awesome hosts and bring East Texas the best cheesesteaks anywhere! The prices are reasonable and the rolls are shipped in from the Northeast for that great taste! Highly recommend!
