On our route to Charlotte we stopped here. 10 min wait and promptly assisted. Elizabeth was attentive. We enjoyed our visit here. Parking was simple. It appears most restaurants continue to experience shortages of staffing. We will return again. We noticed that the Mebane location charged an extra $20 compared to this location. Interesting. $38.14 spent here. Their chicken tenders are awesome. Make sure to get your biscuit grilled. Onion rings so so.

This is a mixed review, The wait was nothing but the server was also our waitress. She was nice and assisted with all our needs. There was basically nobody there but the tables were dirty from not being cleaned off yet. The food was good but I wouldn’t say great. It was a quick in and out. The inside was overall a good atmosphere and pleasant. I would say if you were in a hurry and didn’t care about anything else but just eat and go then come here. If you are looking for a great tasty meal that makes you want to come back go elsewhere. Just mixed about the IHOP here nothing else. May or may not return.

Have had a bad experience here before but it’s been awhile so we thought we would give them another chance. Our visit was 10:45am on a Sunday. Witnessed a couple wait over 15 minutes to pay at the register so they could leave. We waited over 10 minutes before being greeted by a hostess. She then tells us and all the other people in the lobby she will need to add us to a wait list when the restaurant was 90% empty. We decided to leave. There is a reason it has 3.3 stars. Horrible customer service.

After waiting a considerable amount of time to be seated, although it wasn’t all that busy…
When the food did finally arrive literally everything from the pancakes to the bacon…was cold. Not sure if the grill was even on. Not to mention the extra bacon I paid for never arrived and had to be asked for.
My toddler could’ve cooked a better breakfast in his ezbake oven, definitely not returning

I have reviewed a number of IHOP locations over the years. This is my first 5 star review. We were seated quickly the booth was clean and our server Zander was excellent. The food came out promptly and correctly. I drive a Tesla, having a supercharger next door is a big plus. Good job IHOP!

Not so positive comments
Went to the bathroom, toilet broken, nearly fell off seat and it came completely detached and I caught it with my legs.
Told the girl at the front counter, who told the manager, who had attitude AND Never addressed the situation with me.
That was VERY Unprofessional, and, because it’s new, I don’t think the owner would appreciate that.
They have some questionable employees, however, the ones who are Great made up for the ones who aren’t.

One of the best Veteran meals I have had and probably ever will have. They packed out everything; a true hero meal, to recognize our service members. There was a table set honoring the ones who served no longer alive. Thank you for your service IHOP Lexington you deserve the recognition for giving out this great service everyday!!

Unreal this place, half of the dinning room was empty yet a 30-40 minute wait, noone at the counter to check in with. Probably time to step your staff up, considering it wasn’t a rush time and staff couldn’t handle a few people in the lobby. The food is good but the service sucks!!

The customer service is horrible in this restaurant. Never once have I been greeted with a smile. Everytime I walk in there i feel like im intruding on something with the way im looked at. Also there is absolutely no urgency. There’s no rush to help customers or to check on orders for those with take out orders.
