Ordered a pizza online for delivery the order was about complete I get a call from the store telling me they don’t have a delivery driver and I could go thru DoorDash or something else but I would have to pay over the phone. Well I can’t pay over the phone with cash and that was my form of payment today. If you pay these people a living wage you might be able to retain good help. Note I always tip above and beyond especially being out here in the country.
I assume the food would’ve been good had they been able to deliver it.
Maybe they need to replace the management because they clearly can’t keep delivery drivers.

On 02/22/26 I had a delivery driver in a white suv pull out in front of me from this location almost causing a wreck. Then he wanted to laugh about it as I passed by him when he was turning. Do better. You made me slam on the breaks so hard an energy drink flew across my car and exploded everywhere.

Who is in charge of this place? You’ve left my order on the table outside before. I’ve placed another order since then, was charged for it, along with the delivery fee and driver, but I never received it. You said you would make it right the first time, but you never did. Are you asking for a lawsuit? Because this is totally unacceptable. You’ve literally stolen from me and before that you’ve left my order sitting outside while your employees left. Usually our orders from the Roebuck Marcos are decent, but fairly inconsistent. The one we got tonight was pathetic. The pizza crust waa FULL of HUGE bubbles and had hardly any of the ONE topping my husband wanted. For the price of their pizza you would think they could at least teach their employees how to make a pizza crust. I’m sure, or in fact I know, they have a big turnover of employees BUT it’s a PIZZA restaurant so they should be able to at least make the most basic thing like the crust correctly. Seriously disappointed

Hit or miss place, mostly a miss. I don’t know what they do to their pepperoni but 8/10 times it soaks the box trough with grease and it drips everywhere ruining either your clothes or your apolstery. If you get something with a coupon deal they will make it with half the ingredients so you’re getting like 12 and a half pepperonis on your pepperoni magnifico. Still soaked in extra grease though

Ordered a LG 2 topping pizza (old world pepperoni and green peppers). There are literally only 1-2 pepperonis on each piece of pizza. I’m very disappointed and it makes it really hard to spend hard earned money on pizza with very little toppings.

Our first mistake was ordering food from here on Labor Day. They evidently did not staff for it. There was one cook and someone running the register. The cook was over worked and throwing things across the kitchen. Our hot honey pizza didn’t have many pepperonis on it and barely any hot honey flavor. The crust was bubbled up and missing toppings. The chicken bacon sub was dry and the chicken tasted old. We also got cheese stick bread that was cooked perfect but had no flavor. Very disappointed and a waste of time and money. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza with the works for delivery. After a few slices I noticed that there was a roach between the pizza and the box. I feel so digusted and will never order from there again.

This was my first time ordering Marco’s pizza and I had a very pleasant experience. I ordered my pizza online with no hassle and I was impressed with the way I was able to customize my order. I ordered a “The Works” pizza with no cheese and I was extremely pleased with the presentation and taste of my food. I was very impressed with the fact that Marco’s was so generous with their toppings. Usually when I request no cheese from other pizza places, they skimp on the toppings so that the only ingredient that stands out is the tomato sauce and a crust that’s sometimes not so great. Marco’s on the other hand goes above and beyond and I had delicious toppings in every bite. Yay! I was also impressed with Marco’s crust. The garlic butter is a must have and it enhances the taste of the pizza. Although I love extra garlic butter on the side, I didn’t even have to dip my crust in it like I usually do with other places because the crust was quite tasty already. I also ordered buffalo wings and cinna bites for dessert which were very good as well. I wish to suggest for the future that Marco’s lines their pizza boxes with foil or parchment paper when extra garlic butter is added to the crust. This is because the oil seeps through and leaks from the box. I transported my pizza in my car and when I got home I discovered that the garlic butter leaked through the box onto my car seats and left stains that now cannot be removed. Other than that, I am extremely impressed with Marco’s and I will be coming back. Keep up the great work!

They burnt the hell out of my pizza. Then wouldn’t make a new one stating something was wrong with the dough. We will see if I even get a refund. I ordered delivery because I have a small child and didn’t want to leave and needed some convenience guess that’s what I get.
