First visit here, very surprised this exists in Quincy. Great service, great food and very nice cocktails. It is a bit on pricey side but certainly worth it. Atmosphere is pretty nice too and many different areas for seating to provide different experiences from meal to meal.

What a disappointment! We had planned and reserved a wonderful birthday dinner with family, only to end up waiting two hours for our meals. There was a party of 45 being served, but the rest of the dining room was left completely unaware of the situation or the reason for the delay. A simple heads-up to each table BEFORE ordering would have been the appropriate and courteous approach.

Our server was kind and did her best, but she was clearly frustrated—especially after sharing that the owner was in the restaurant DINING during all of this. Unfortunately, half of my family had to leave due to the unexpected long delay. After waiting an additional thirty minutes and repeatedly trying to get our server’s attention through another staff member, and trying to flag her down , we ultimately gave up.

My husband left $100 on the table to cover the drinks and a tip, more than enough. As we exited, he—being a restaurant owner for 35 years—turned toward the patio and waved goodbye, signaling that he will never return. It takes quite a lot for him to feel that way.

This experience fell far below the standards we expect from any dining establishment.

Food was excellent. I had the filet mignon, ordered medium. It was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. We had the prime rib crostini starter, which was also excellent. Our server, Bobbie, was great. She was attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back! We remembered to get a picture of the last crostini, but the dinner looked so good we dug in before we remembered pics of the entrees.

The pork chop is really good. 5 stars for this piece.

Peanut butter pie consistency is too thick. Would not get again. And i love peanut butter things.

Strange that they ask for your first and last name and phone number when getting a table (when there’s no wait) and with no explanation. I didn’t like that.

Sharing charge for no good reason.

First time customer. Very crowded place not much room to get people to their table. First complaint , there is not an appropriate place to change a baby’s diaper. I had to change her the pink metal bench in the ladies bathroom. Amanda was our server and she was phenomenal. Food took a while to come out. Food was good. Second complaint. We came for Santa visit with our kids. My friend got email that he would be there at 630. He didn’t showed up till 7:15. Santa was 45 minutes late and one of the kids came back and said “Santa smelled like beer”. I was very disappointed after him being late and him smelling like beer.

This restaurant is a must see. The dining is elegant with world-class appointed bar service. The decor and atmosphere will not just impress you, you will decompress with some great food. Attention to the finest detail. A kitchen line set up as they should be and masterfully executing the menu. I have this spectacular dining spot on my personal top 10 and will not miss a chance to enjoy a memorable dining experience here. MOST IMPRESSIVE, KUDOS TO THOSE AT ‘THE PATIO’ !!!

Absolutely worth the visit! Celebrate a special day or weekend with someone special. Food is great but the burgers are magnificent. If Ryan or Jay are in the house, say hello! Ask Ryan about the “steps” he learned from Jennifer Lopez :-).

My wife and I grew up in the area and move away almost 30 years ago. But The Patio is one we make time and plan our trips back around so we can make sure to stop for dinner. We were back this weekend and we were shown again the reason we keep coming back. Admittedly the service started out a little below what we have come to expect when we dine at the Patio. The waitress could tell things were not going as it should and alerted the manager. We could not have asked for better service recovery. The manager came to our table was very friendly and immediately made things right. He even stopped over when we were getting ready to leave and spent some time getting to know us and why we were in town. You could tell he really cared about our experience. If I could give six stares I would have, true customer service is so rare these days. We will be back.

Wow, our food and service were amazing! The KNAPChop was cooked and seasoned perfectly! The Crispy Catfish was seasoned well and was the perfect portion size. The Tennessee Burger was cooked to temp and tasted delicious! Service was spot on. Decor is hip and fresh. Felt like we were in LA or Chicago. So impressed! We will be back, for sure! Cheers!!
