Our 1st time visiting but definitely not our last!
Greeted with a smile from your host who sat us in a homey dining room. Greeted by our Server Ethan who from start to finish was exceptional and very accommodating to some dietary needs. Quick to have suggestions for a Mocktail as well as a meatless dinner option.
The bread and butter were a meal all in itself. Our appetizer of artichokes were something I will be thinking of for a long time. SO GOOD!!
Chicken Franchise and Veggie Riggies were our entrees and those were made with such skill !! Out of this world.
We finished strong with the flourless chocolate cake, which was exactly what we expected!!
We can’t forget to mention the young lady dining attendant who did not skip a beat! Labeling and boxing our to go food as well as keeping our water filled throughout our meal.
In today’s world of dining it’s nice to see someone get it right! We will definitely see you again Willows

Dear friends of ours, Josh and Sara introduced The Willows and we couldn’t me more pleased! Beautiful small intimate setting. The wait staff is attentive and polite. The food is excellent and portioned amply! My husband said his old fashioned was perfectly made! Well done to all!

We just finished a fabulouse Thanksgiving dinner at Willows. The food is spectacular, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is relaxing and condusive to a great meal. Our server, Ethan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We each had the butternut squash soup and the Thanksgiving special turkey dinner.
We are from New York CIty and have family in the area. The qualitiy of the food is indistinguishable from the best restaurants in the city. And finally, the prices are exteremely reasonable. I can’t recommend the Willows highly enough.

Awesome Dinner. We had greens and French onion soup to start. Seafood Riggies and Veal Franchise for meals. Portions were huge. Very intimate setting. Wait staff was very knowledgeable made excellent recommendations and were very quick to accommodate. Perfect date night when you want something a little fancier.

Update 7/2023: From the Host (Terry) to the bartender(Nick), to the food, to the atmosphere, Willows is one of the best restaurants around anywhere. Our most recent visit confirms what we already knew but pleasantly reaffirms our desire to dine here! I highly recommend the flat bread ( loaded and so tasty, crispy crust), the Salmon(cooked perfect,!), and the Veal Francaise( nice tender flavor might need a touch more lemon)….There are so many places to have dinner out, but only a few do it all right…nicely decorated, table cloths, attentive waiter(Ethan), quick, efficient and very knowledgeable, waters filled without asking, a unique menu with a nice variety and everything prepared perfectly! This is a place all others should follow!

The brought us bread and butter.. We started with Utica Greens and they were absolutely delicious and plentiful. I recommend to try these. I got the Veal lukatelli. Breaded Veal topped with Utica greens. Absolutely fabulous! My wife got the chicken Riggies and they were good. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I don’t live in Utica but if I’m back that way I will be stopping again.

We had reservations at 8pm and got there at 7:50. We were seated upon arrival. After about 20 minutes, they took our order. It was about 8:10pm at this point. Our food did not arrive until 9pm. For the pricing, the food was not good. The blue cheese with the steak was super overpowering and I couldn’t taste anything else. Would not recommend, especially at the price point.
