They should fire the manager and the assistant manager for allowing this restaurant to be continuously dirty. they don’t clean tables and when they do, it’s probably when it’s completely dead. they don’t do it when he’s actually busy so we’re all eating off dirty nasty tables or having to clean it ourselves. This place is actually very slow and they don’t predict or replenish food options sooner so the line moves quickly. This place is below a one star.

They messed up my bowl because they were scooping things before listening to me so he got frustrated and decided to dump it out. Then I asked for guacamole and chips but they were out. They asked me if I still wanted guacamole and I said no. Then I see that they still charged me for it after the fact. When I asked him about it some girl came up and asked to check in my bag as if I was lying and trying to get it for free, as if she wasn’t there when he asked me if I still wanted it. The guy didn’t even apologize and acted frustrated as if I was the inconvenience, when I was charged for something I didn’t buy. A simple sorry instead of being accusatory wouldn’t have left a sour taste in my mouth to leave a review. I didn’t want to leave a review but when employees have an attitude it really ruins the atmosphere. Not to mention they were out of silverware and it was a mess, and the person cooking the chicken was scrolling on their phone while doing so. That is not professional or sanitary.

Chipotle food is your typical Tex-Mex. You come here knowing what you’re going to get. Decent portions, fresh food and affordable prices.
Food aside, the older Latina ladies serving were kind and attentive. They were extra sweet to my toddler & those little things make a difference.
The main reason I’m writing this review though, is because we witnessed a horrible health incident. A young man fell and had a seizure while we were there. A few men, I’m assuming managers, ran over & one immediately started dialing for help while the rest of us were trying to figure out what happened. They removed his wired earbuds and held his head. They stayed with him while help came.
I was in shock but these guys took action. The man was treated by the paramedics then taken away in what seemed like stable condition.

Portions, missing items, trying to make you pay for things that you did not order, making mistakes and not apologizing. There is something like that happening time that I go there so I stopped going. I just go once a month and order online so I don’t have to talk with staff. Today there was a BOGO and right before I was about to pay I realized they did not apply it, they were running out of veggies so they told me I must have it on side for burritos instead of offering me to wait 5 mns… other than the food quality that is good they are really disorganized scammy people, it’s a mystery how the management turn random people into that ! It’s pretty common at a lot of chipotle when all other fast food employees are generally pretty nice

Really disappointing experience here. A Chipotle regular here, and ordered our food ahead on the app to this location. When we arrived we walked up to pick up our food, sat down to eat, realized Chips and sauces were missing. Went to the counter, a girl with blue hair told me they were out of chips. I said, oh well we already paid for them, can we get a refund, she said we can call customer service. Call customer service, for an in real time customer service experience? I asked if we could have something as trade, a drink or a taco or something, and she scoffed at me. Unbelievable. No acknowledgement, no courtesy or helpfulness, just rude and frustrating, it was the attitude, the simple disrespect of guest experience. We won’t be going back to this location, bummed. Ideas for alternatives ways to handle this situation for your employees: apologize, offer the number for your guest service, offer a coupon, get us a drink or something little that you have to give away, acknowledge how annoying the situation is. If you’re reading this, I hope you have a better experience.

The rumors of rampant Chipotle shrinkflation are maybe true. I spent $24 for a keto style bowl, no rice, no beans, and double portion of beef brisket. As can be seen in the photo, the formerly heaping portion is now a shadow of Chipotle’s former glory. I will definitely frequent Chipotle less in future, there’s less value for money these days unfortunately.

Staff was extremely rude , made mistakes on my order and was hesitant to fix them when I pointed it out, and would not answer questions. Somehow just my meat was nearly ice cold when I got home 15 minutes later, is the meat just sitting around not being kept at a safe temperature? Horrible experience, first time at chipotle in 2 years and I regret it.

Oh I hate to do it chipotle. But this store has got to pick it up. I order on the app regularly. And probably 4-5 times for dinner a week.
The past 3 orders ive had to sit and wait for 30 minutes inside the store. Literally watching the line go by and eating before I can get my bowl I’ve already paid for online. The staff are rude, and act like its not an issue. Im fine with waiting 5 minutes past the time given on the app. But 30 minutes is unacceptable.

I NEVER give reviews but the new guy Luca is literally the man. He has perfected the art of burritos. A master at his work!

I got 3 soft shell chicken tacos and the employee barely put any chicken on my tacos I understand portion size but every other chipotle always puts a decent amount on there for what you pay for 1 taco.
