Went here for the first time. The employees were very nice , but the food was not up to par. We ordered island fried chicken and it tasted nothing like island fried chicken. The sauce was very oily and had no sweetness at all. Also the chicken we received in both orders was burnt. At first I thought it was just the color but once we bit into it you could taste that it was indeed burnt. The cabbage was oily as well. This was a waste of money and very disappointing as we live almost 30 minutes away from the restaurant and didn’t have time to go back to return it. I will not be going back here.

If you are Jamaican, dis ya home at this location. Dem always have ting a gwan. Game Night, DJ vibe…. absolutely beautiful inside. It has a decent space and the parking easy. I had the 3 different dishes and they were amazing. Definately a place to relax and unwind, staff was nice and approachable. The drinks were great and the service was awesome!! We will definitely be back!!

The food when fresh is EXCELLENT! But I went on a day that the grill was not fired up and I asked for Jerk Chicken…I got it but I could tell it was from the day before and yet I was charged full price. Would have been nice to get a heads up that the chicken was not cooked today and then it’s my choice.

Didn’t have the items I ordered but still charged me for it and don’t want to refund me. False advertisement, I got Oxtails with rice and beans and cabbage. I literally received morsels of cabbage and basmati white rice with NO beans and literally 4 tiny dry oxtails smh. I would definitely trust and read the reviews here!!

I just tried this place for the first time because its near my work. It was bad enough that i felt the need to leave a review. The island fried chicken was dry large chunks with what tasted like sweet and sour sauce. The peas and rice was flavorless. It cost $5 for seven slices of plantain. Ive been to plenty of other good jamaican places on this side of town… even others i didnt care much for. This was the worst

I had to go in there to pick up customers order and I was just having general conversation and asked what does Jamaican food taste like and they said you have never had it and showed me the menu and said well you’re about to find out today and one of the great workers bought me some Jamaican food I believe it was curry chicken it was absolutely amazing..as well as they were.

We paid 40 something bucks on door dash for this food and my bf got the jerk chicken plate and it was dry and burnt. I got an oxtails plate and for 25 bucks you’d think youd get more oxtails but They only gave me 4 dang pieces with mostly fat on it! This was ridiculous.! Please check your food when they give it to you because we got cheated!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I COULDN’T EVEN GET A REFUND OFF DOORDASH OR Even A PARTIAL ONE!!
