More people need to know about this Italian bakery and its yummy treats! We stopped here because we saw the A frame sign out front in the German village. We had a nice conversation with the owner/baker. These are his family recipes. Our canoli’s were filled fresh. The tiramisu is so yummy. They have many Italian treats and desserts. You can make custom orders. We hope to see this bakery flourish.

This is the best hidden gem. Vinnie is so nice! He spoke with my son for a school project, and took his time, and was just the nicest guy ever. We bought some cookies and cannolis and biscotti. Everything was delicious! The cherry almond cookies were out of this world!! Soft and flavorful! He imports his flour from italy and makes everything from scratch. I will definitely be back for more of those cherry almond cookies!!

Vinnie has started making gelato and holy cow this stuff is GOOD! I came in for cookies, but he offered me a sample. I never imagined myself a fan of pistachio, but thought sure let’s try it. It blew me away and I immediately ordered a couple mini-scoops. So so good. The secret is apparently ingredients straight from Italy. His bakery is a bit tucked away in the German Village neighborhood, but it is well worth the trip.

The owner is great, he takes time to speak about the pastries and deserts he curates. Everything is delicious and fresh. He fills the cannolis right in front of you. Absolutely amazing place to visit. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. If you’re anywhere near Hamilton you have to stop in and give it a try. Best Italian bakery I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to a lot of them.
