I was with my family in the area for an AAU basketball tournament at Siena and went to the mall to kill some time. I’m glad I did because we stopped in for lunch and the food looked very fresh, The atmosphere and staff was inviting. But back to what you care about

Delicious and well-seasoned food at a super reasonable price. I have come here many times during lunch break to grab a cheap empanada. Never had a bad experience, and the staff are attentive and kind.

It’s very unfortunate to have to leave this kind of review, but this afternoon I went with my partner to this place, very excited to show them Dominican food, and we left without food and deeply disappointed. While we were waiting in line to be served, a staff member an older woman decided to skip the line, which had two other people besides my partner and me, and serve someone who had just arrived. The worst part was that she let him cut in front of all of us while he chose his food, and we were still waiting. I think that when you’re paying for a service, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. My partner was left with a terrible impression, which made me feel really bad. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to this place.

Usually when I come here the food is good and the gentleman at the counter is professional however tonight the lady was very nasty. I work 2 jobs both being dirty work so when I came into the store she thought I was homeless and was very rude to me until I pulled my iPhone 16 plus and my credit card to pay she then began to smile and call me sweetie .. moral of the story don’t judge people be kind and be professional all the time. I donot recommend this restaurant also rice tast burnt and steak was dry

The place was fairly clean, but the music was way to loud and the server did not speak loud enough for people to hear, for the price of the food we expected more, the server was not professional at all, there was no sense of customer service. Paid over $70 for food to be served on disposable plates and plastic silverware, bench seats we ripped and dirty. Overall experience was not worth the money and a repeat.
