Customer service was horrible and the food was even worst! I usually order from the other San Jose location. However, since I was closer to this location I ordered for pick up. As I went in to the store 2 workers were standing at the front. One was on the phone. However, neither worker greeted me and/said give me a moment and we will be with you. The worker after a few minutes got off the phone and talked to the co worker then proceeded to the back. After a few more minutes I asked am I in visible. The worker finally said are you here to place an order or pick up. I stated I was there for pick up. After paying for my items I looked at my food. I paid an extra amount to have extra cheese and robust. I also ordered 2 of the new New York style pizza with garlic Parmesan wings. My wings had a drop of white sauce which looked like ranch, there was no extra cheese or robust on neither pizza. I was refunded my money because the worker (a black guy)refused to make me another pizza. After going back and forth with him about customer service I was then told I can have the food free or the police would be called since I didn’t want a refund. Yet, wanted my food made correctly. I would never go to this location again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior as I now see you all only have 3.4 stars… What a horrible experience!

Worst experience! Lowest customer service experience ever! Stood in the lobby for over 7 minutes while my pizzas picture attached sat. Finally a delivery driver came in and went to find the other employee. She comes out of the back and neither of them washed their hands used gloves or sanitizer.
I asked if she would remake the pizza because after being left unattended, flys buzzing the place, employees handing food without care to hygiene. The employee in charge said she was canceling the order and instructed the other employee to box them and take them to the back. I asked again if she was going to remake my pizza and she said no but i could wait another 45 minutes if i wanted them remade.
Poor training, poor management, and oversight from franchise is the reason.

I had a bad experience with a Young lady at this store named raine. The manager then stepped in and corrected the issue immediately and made me an outstanding pizza. Hopefully miss raine Adjusts her attitude and understands how valuable customer service is for any business that she works for.

Very slow on Sunday’s during football season. Would definitely receommend ordering at least an hour before your ready to eat. One cheese pizza for takeout took over 30 minutes. Not acceptable and expect better from a chain pizza restaurant.

I ordered 2 pizzas online Sunday and one was mis made. No big deal..it happens. They told me to stop by at my convenience and get it remade. The nice young man took care of that today and made the perfect pizza. Thanks for the great customer service and for having great service and pizza anytime I order. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too awful not to share. I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at your location on Sunday the 18th at noon. The lady was extremely rude right from the beginning of our interaction. She made faces, gave attitude, and went crazy as soon as she realized she needed to get the additional sauces from the back of the store. And the food prepared was very poor

This was my worst pizza experience in my life and I’m 50. Couldn’t get a response from corporate problem is still unresolved. I got a call from the manager of the other one I made a mistake and said it was the crown point store. This review has the right store. In short my pizzas arrived looking like the driver turn them upsidedown and did donuts on them in the parking lot. How can a company boast about fixing other food chains problems and they can’t get theirs right. If you order from here you will be extremely disappointed.

Had an issue at a different dominoes, online system still gave me an issue and made it difficult to order resulting in the payment getting messed up. Called it in and the gentleman explained that he could get it voided and re-rung when I got there.
Different location up the street was just plain rude and said “nothing they could do”.

The food is always good and the service is good, but the last few 3 or 4 times I’ve ordered pizza with buffalo sauce on it there hasn’t been any and I had to ask them to fit it. Otherwise no issues, they put plenty of toppings on too!

Ok, so…I LOVE Dominoes Pizza. Out of all of the pizza chains that deliver to me, they sure definitely my favorite. Because of their loyalty program, I also tend to order quite frequently. However, lately, their food and customer service seems to have taken a turn for the worst. Despite the fact that there are CLEAR instructions on how to correctly locate my residence, my food was delivered to my neighbor. I immediately called the restaurant and made contact with Anessa who identified herself as a supervisor, and let her know that the dominoes driver left my road but didn’t deliver my order. She said she would check with her driver but that she highly doubts telling the truth because the delivery driver she had that evening was her “most senior driver” and “if he says he delivered your order, I trust that he delivered your order
Upon investigation, I figured out that it was delivered to my neighbor whose address number is posted right on their house. So, Anessa FINALLY agreed to remake the order. When we finally received it, it was missing an entire order of wings, and the Pizza was missing half of its crust. The wings also barely had any sauce. Some of the wings weren’t even sauced at all. When I called back to let her know that my order was unsatisfactory, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that she already remade my order once and that she wasn’t going to keep remaking it over and over. I asked who I was speaking to and when she told me her name was Anessa, I said “Oh you’re the one who was so rude to me last time…” she responses by saying “ok. Great. So what else do you want from me?”
Honestly, I could hardly believe how I was being spoken to. It made me never want to go back there… which stinks because I love Dominoes food when it’s made correctly.
