First time ordering from BWW, the value bundle was amazing! Hands down, absolutely worth it! Wings actually had meat on them, had a variety of sauces to pick from, and the best part about the order was the potato wedges! Hot, crispy, and delicious! The order was completed on time, unlike WingsStop when you have to wait extra 45 mins after your estimated pickup time. Our go to from now on.

Cashier that took my order told me I would receive 4 ranch with my order (20pc boneless) I said okay they usually charge a dollar for each extra, she said no. After paying, I was charged for 4 ranch. The cashiers response was, “Oh I am sorry, they must’ve recelently changed that.” I said okay and she just hung up.
One of the sauce cooks, a lady, dropped the sauce buckets on the floor and just picked it up and continued to use the SAME BOWL to sauce…

Horrible customer service but food was okay.

Placed an order at 6:24 this evening. The website said the order would be ready at 6:40. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 and waited until 6:52 for my food. I got home with it at 7:01 and the wings were cold and needed to be microwaved. The potato wedges were hot though.

This is my new spot for wings, they have the best service. Yesterday was the playoffs and I had a party at my place I tried them out I will say the quality of the wings and service will not let you down, the wings were hot and ready right away even though they were busy. Everyone in Portland should come try them out !!!!!
