I like pick up stix. The food was decent. The choices were limited it’s no Panda but the options are generally the same. However there was no pick two or three it was very limited. No bottled or can beverages which suck because something came out of the ice despenser which is a no no for me. So I instantly said I don’t want any ice from that machine. She went and got me some from the back which didn’t make me feel any better. So it’s a no for me on fountain drinks in general. Hate seeing what’s really in my ice. Interestingly enough I loved the pick up stix in San Diego so far not going back to this one or the one in San Jacinto. I don’t pick up stix may be a no for me. Albeit not bad food- sad really. With the limits and prices you can get more bang for your buck else where. Just saying. Nice size restaurant.

The food was okay. However, the customer service omitted a rushed feeling and when me and my family sat down to eat, the people that worked there watched us eat the food, that felt a little suspicious. We had to constantly call someone over to order or ask for drinks. Also the visual appeal was not up to par. Hanging wired everywhere, not very clean, dirty dishes stacked up by the restrooms. Smh.

Very refreshing to receive the most amazing customer service at an eatery! Literally Kaden is the best here at the Riverside plaza! Not only did he make me aware of the app and its amazing reward system he took care of my order with ease and gave me a special fortune cookie for my birthday! We need more customer service workers in good and beverage like this! In all of the past ten years since I’ve witnessed customer service going down this brought joy to me to see some people still value their customers! They missed on a couple counts on this visit, though they’ve been better previously (which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2. Take a look at the pics. I ordered the Firecracker chicken and asked for no onions, and it was on the ticket, but they still put the onions in the dish. I didn’t want to bother having them remake is, so I just picked the onions off, but that’s disappointing. Also, the dude said he would come out and wipe off the tables, which were all not clean, and no one ever came. So that’s a miss, too. The rest of the meal was as expected.

I don’t know what’s going on at this restaurant. Before, we could arrive in 15 or 10 minutes and we could eat there. Now when we arrive, they’re already mopping. On one occasion, we planned to arrive, but there were 15 minutes left and they already had the chairs upstairs. We decided to walk past it yesterday. Maybe there were 15 minutes left and they were already mopping, so we decided to walk past it. Let’s hope they can do something since we love the food, but we wouldn’t like it if we were eating there and they were mopping us. On the side.

I come here every Tuesday before work and I absolutely love interacting with Bree and Jocelyn, they remember me each time and my order since I always get the same thing each week.
