Lady at the window was extremely rude. Manager was behind her the whole time telling her to be quiet. When I first pulled up to the window I was not acknowledged was turned around yelling at her manager when she opened the window. Food tasted like they havent changed there fryer oil in well over 200 frys. Chicken strips were burnt. Ill definitely be driving to the farther location before ever ordering from here again.

Ordered grinch meal today they forgot to put the pickle salt, when I called back the young lady that answers the phone informed the manager, I could hear the manager reply in a bothered way saying “ well tell her to come pick it up” mind you I’m on my way to work just felt that was very rude. They act like the meal is so cheap you are paying that price for a reason double check before you just have off the stuff!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for 4 cheeseburgers no pickle no onion and a 10 piece with bbq and received 1 cheeseburger that was correct, 2 with onions on them, and 1 WITHOUT A BURGER! I then went back and got my refund but the craziest thing to me is they just go and throw the food away. Huge waste of food, time and money. Avoid this location and drive an extra mile for a McDonald’s that actually puts some effort in. There weren’t even any napkins

This place is horrible. This is supposed to be fast food yet you sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on your food. The staff are ignorant and barely speak English if at all. McDonald’s your company sucks!!!!

This mcdonalds in Joliet has two self ordering kiosks. They were very user friendly and had touch screens. The menu is very easy to access and allows you to customize your order in ways that i never thought were possible. The staff was very nice and the inside was very clean. I appreciated the hip furniture inside of it. The food was awesome. I got a buttermilk chicken sandwich with white cheddar. The cheese really took yhe sandwich the extra mile

This location in particular has made more mistakes than the next four locations I go to combined. Today, 9-13-25, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe add bacon and extra tomato, no bacon or extra tomato but they took my money for the bacon and extra tomato.
I called the store and was told nothing can be done unless I drive back to the store. No refund, no courtesy item or discount for future visit, nothing.
Not a good experience, not a good location.
EDIT: I reached out to corporate and was advised they contacted the restaurant to correct this. I missed their call, tried to call back three times over the next two days and got no answer. So the store does not really try to fix issues even if you contact McDonald’s Corporate.
Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area.
