Our order was placed and confirmed at four fifty nine on a saturday. The website says they’re open until nine. We get there at five fifteen , and the music is blaring and nobody’s answering and they tell us they close at five on a saturday. Then he tells us our order needed to be placed before 5.They confirmed at four fifty nine , and if they wanna close at five , then post it on the website. The Burlington associates close when ever they want. It is a hit and miss customer service.A hit and miss for being open. Love the food but scrappy service. Be consistant!

09/07/2025, approximately 5:15pm CT… Ordered via the Jimmy John’s app which states the Burlington, WI location is open until 9pm, however upon arrival at 5:45pm this was the note that was attached to the door. The drive was approximately 10 miles each way, 20 minutes each way, arriving to see this note attached to the door when the order AND credit card payment were accepted on the app was more than frustrating!! Phoned the corporate office and emailed and received a canned response. Also phoned the store the next morning, spoke to Michael who is apparently the “Manager/District Manager” (using that term loosely), said, “Ya, sorry. Not much I can do. This happens all the time though. Your order ticket printed out this morning. The order was canceled and in a few days you should see your credit card refunded.” Probably the worst explanation ever from a “District Manager.” Horrible customer service!!!!

Shut this location down already. Or fire all the staff and replace them with more competent people. Current employees and management clearly don’t care since they choose to close down early whenever they feel like despite the app and Google claiming they’re open until 9pm. This has been an ongoing issue for the last couple years and apparently no one can be bothered to do anything about it.

Sad to write a negative review. Last night, went through the drive thru at 7:50. Sat and sat waiting for someone to speak. Drove to the window. Make direct eye contact with 2 employees who then just went on about their business. Sit for another 5 minutes thinking, ok, they will come, they seen me.
Nope. Go and park. Open the door and a worker said can I help you? Are you open? (Mind you, place is lit up like a Christmas tree, including the drive thru). No, we are closed. Um…..it says open until 9? He kind of backs me up and out the door and then locks it. I happened to stay in the lot for another minute or two. Never turned the outside lights off. Super weird, super rude and disappointing.

Went for dinner 5:06pm and once we arrived to the drive through, where 3 cars are currently in line, we were first greated at the menu then told they were closed.
This is roughly the 4th time this location isn’t open at their stated hours or turned away with no explanation.
Update- The feedback site left below by the owner doesn’t even work for leaving a comment.

Want to place a mobile order at 5 PM on a Sunday night, February 1. It said I could not place an order and I should call the store. Drove by and saw that the store was actually closed during the dinner hour. This is not the first time that this has happened and it is very disappointing and ridiculous.

This location is constantly closed on random days at random times, literally closes before dinner half the time. The worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to and it’s a shame it has to be the only one around. 9/10 times when I want jimmy johns they are closed. Either no reason is given or there is a sign “out of bread” or “closed due to employees.” What a wreck of a location.

This was all before 6 pm on a sunday mind you, no answer when I call, drove 15min one way to location only to find the lights off and not even a sign on the door!

$30 for two sandwiches chips and drink. Don’t ask for wheat they really rip you off and give you the sandwich of two slices of bread. What a waste of money. $13 for a “sub” that came like this. And the kid hands me two cups after putting in the order online. Their lobby is closed for dine in yet have 6 people working. I think they’re just lazy. Overpriced.
