We ordered two pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks. Our order was to be completed by 6:37. At 7:15 we called to check on our order. They stated it would be ready any minute. We have the benefit of the doubt again and figured things were busy and the delivery driver had multiple orders. We called again at 8pm only to be told our order had been skipped over and wasn’t even started yet. They flat out lied to us about our order status.

Classic Pizza Hut styling, all the way down to the red glasses! It was a wonderful throwback for my wife and I to enjoy a date night that felt reminiscent of the 90’s! The service was good, fast and friendly. The facility was clean and well kept. If your looking for a nice classic Pizza stop, you won’t regret stopping into this small town pizza hut!

Stopped at the one in bloomfield and it was awful . Took 20 minutes before they even came to take our order.Terrible service. Never go back.Food was cold and took 35 minutes to get it!!!!!

Ordered pizza at 6:49. Was supposed to be ready at 7:03, originally. Changed to 7:08. The supposed manager tried to blame the wait on some undercooked breadsticks, although we’d already been waiting for more than 20 minutes. I complained that by waiting this long, everything else would be cold. Told me to check the receipt and double check my phone number. It wasn’t my receipt. Asked to speak to the manager and supposedly the woman we were talking to was the manager. Highly doubt that as she has no customer service skills. Asked for her bosses number and was told she couldn’t give that out. Bullshit. Was given corporates’ number. Be calling them tomorrow. And no, they weren’t busy. One table and two takeout orders. One woman, they sat her order on the counter and walked away. By the time we got our order, it was 7:39… 31 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No discount. Not even an apology.
And yup. Got home and food wasn’t even warm at this point. Never again. Avoid.

Service was lacking. Only 1 table was eating in the restaurant so the store was not busy at all. Waited 5 minutes at front to be asked about being seated because employees had to finish their conversation, right in front of us. Food came quickly and was good. The server didn’t come back to the table even once our entire meal. We had to go ask for a box to go. I wanted a refill and never got one because they ignored our table. No check. We were the only table eating in the entire restaurant. The worst thing was the flies. We couldn’t enjoy eating because of flies bothering us and landing in our food constantly. We were by a window and there were dozens of flies in the surrounding windows. This was beyond what would possibly fly through open doors it was an infestation. This many flies has to originate from inside somewhere which grossed us out. My daughter couldn’t even finish her meal with the amount of flies everywhere. It was disturbing. Please focus more on your customers and pest control.

The young man who was left all alone during l the lunch rush handled everything incredibly well. Food was awesome, service was (despite his situation) timely, and the whole facility was clean. His manager should be let go for allowing this to happen and he be promoted to manager. I just wish I had caught his name. If the franchise owner wants to know who this young man was, he was the only one working at 12:00 on Tuesday, Nov 11.
