Usually this is my go to but not a great day today. I ordered at 12 for a pickup PEC on Rye. I got a notification at 12:04 that it was ready. Ok weird it said 15 min but whatever I live right up the road. Get home and it’s really cold. Pork roll was barely cooked and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was inedible. I had to throw out. It made me think that maybe they made a sandwich for someone else that didn’t pick up and decided to give it to me? I can’t confirm that but no way was that cooked when ordered. I gave 3 stars only because it’s usually good and didn’t wanna give 1 star off one bad experience. Just sucks I didn’t even eat any of it.

Had the Tex-Mex Breakfast Burrito at Joe’s Grill and Deli this morning—thing was a beast. Big portion, didn’t cheap out. The chorizo had that perfect kick without being greasy, and the pico was actually fresh—not that sad stuff some places throw on. Whole thing, drink included, ran me about $14 with tip. Honestly? Worth every penny. Solid spot if you’re hungry and want real flavor.

I have been a customer of Joes Bagel since I moved to Tom’s River and discovered them by accident 5 years ago.
The Wall location staff are super troopers and they better be getting paid what they deserve.
Between dealing with unimaginable customers, like a group of old women constantly bothering and belittling the staff or a group of moms and they’re screaming, uncontrollable kids- the staff at the wall location put on a brave face and greet each customer with a smile and a happy attitude.
I highly highly recommend joes bagels to anyone that is looking for a welcoming staff that makes your day better.
I would recommend to take your food to go so you can fully enjoy your food and not get disturbed by customers who have no common decency.

Took all my willpower to order the veggie omelet wrap instead of a B.E.C on a bagel but I have to say the wrap was delicious! Fresh and hot, just like the coffee.

The food is good, but avocado was brown so that’s a bit concerning. If you don’t have fresh avocado, just say you ran out. On top of that, the girls at the counter could not be any less helpful. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel over the phone, and when I get there they tell me they don’t have caramel. Then they just handed me a cup so I can make it myself. I understand it’s not a coffee shop, but some help when you’re an employee is nice. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc the food is usually good, but I wish I could get my tip back.

ordered a salad through grubhub. had the driver wait 30 minutes before telling her they didn’t have the ingredients and canceled the order. I’m not mad they didn’t have everything on stock, it happens, I also used to manage a Joe’s and I get it. it’s the lack of concern for customers and people’s time. it took 30 minutes to realize you didn’t have the stuff you needed? you couldn’t contact me or have GH contact me to see if I wanna switch my order or something? the horrible communication and customer service is the reason I won’t be returning to this location, and I wait patiently for Sam and Russ to hear about this.

Edit: Gave it another chance. This time the modifications were not followed, and half my order was missing. Honestly, just don’t even waste your time on this location. Try Sea Girt or Brick instead.

I ordered homefries, a cheesesteak, and The Northshore Smoothie. The homefries were too salty, the cheesesteak had no seasoning at all, and the Northshore smoothie tasted like chunky water with a hint of fruit? The cherry on top of the cake was when I received my order (delivered to a nonresidential loaction) they didn’t add utensils, condiments, or even napkins.. waste of money and super irritating to not have what’s needed to eat a meal you’ve been waiting for and spent delivery fees on.

Allergies Beware! The bagels are the best but the young girls at the counter should be more educated. I mentioned my son had a peanut allergy and the girl behind the counter said we’re not really peanut free I would have to wash the knives and rolled her eyes. It was Saturday at 1pm the store was empty, is it that difficult to make a child comfortable so he can simply have a bagel with butter. The girl did end up washing it and put down clean paper but at this point my son was uncomfortable and didn’t want it which I expressed which again the girl rolled her eyes! Sadly we will not be back. They other employees were nice and packed up additional bagels but if you suffer from allergies you know how uneasy this can be especially for a child!!! So thank you to the lazy young girl with the dark glasses we will not be back due to your attitude.
