I would give zero stars if I could. The two employees at the drive thru were lovely and very pleasant. Our bean burrito was left out of our bag, so we politely drove back through and asked if we could get our burrito, handing the drive thru workers our receipt. The cook, @nn, however was belligerent, disrespectful and RUDE when the other two employees politely asked about it. She put a thin layer of beans on the tortilla, folded it up and called it a day. I thought she did it just to be petty, but our entire order was pathetic. She should not be a cook and she should DEFINITELY get training on how to be a professional.

No greeting upon entrance, you order of a computer Kiosk, (very In personal ), or asks if you want Hot Sauce, you punch the buttons. Put your name in and then pay at the kiosk. They fix your food, call your name, toss it on the counter, place your drink cup up there, then walk away, no Thank you, NOTHING! Lucky You. Cause I’ll never be back again!

I ordered 2 steak burritos and a double beef burrito with no sour cream. When we got home to eat them, my 2 steak burritos were beef, and my double beef had a lot of sour cream on it. Taco bell you’re paying to much for workers who can’t even read the screen right or pack the food. What a shame
