I walked in with my family of 5 and there was a line already. I am a general manager in a business that relies on customer services, and the two working tonight absolutely nailed it. Smiles greeting customer and very polite to everyone. I made sure to tell them great job as well most of the time all you hear is the bad complaining people. Again wonderful teamwork between them and they never stopped working the entire time we were there. Thank you.

Bought a couple of subs, wanted to try the new baja chicken pocket and asked kindly if they could replace tomatoes with onions.

Excellent customer service by the two guys working when we stopped on our way back from Colorado.
Pros: excellent customer service.
Cons: food prep area and veggies were a mess. Veggies looked old and gross. Overall store cleanliness at this time was not as clean as I’d like to see it.
Roasted flatbread sandwiches were not roasted, but warm. Chicken had nice flavor and was not dry. Due to poor looking veggies, only option available was spinach.
Visit again when traveling through as a better option to greasy fast-food.

Paid for 2 sandwhiches on the app. Did not receive either one. Ordered at 8:40. Put my pickup time for 9:30 because online it says closes at 10. Went and the sign said open but the worker looked at me outside and hid in the back. Called for a refund and no one thinks to call a customer back. So yeah they stole my money lol. Still waiting for my refund.

Just stopped in on our way through. There were 2-3 workers in the front the whole time, but somehow it still took them 6-8 minutes to get to me—the only person after one woman ordering 3 sandwiches.
The gal that was helping me was SO distracted. I had to tell her things so many times—it was wild. In the end, she still put the wrong cheese on, which was super lame. I love me pepperjack. The wrap job on the sandwich was done very poorly as well. See picture.

On 8/9/25 at approximately 19:45, I, along with two other individuals (not associated with me), stood in line to place an order. No staff member came to the counter to take orders. We called out several times to get someone’s attention, but received no response.

Employees need a serious review of food safety. Witnessed multiple health code violations such as 1) register attendant not washing hands before gloving up, 2) employee coughing into air instead of elbow (with spit!), whom chose to not wash hands and most concerning 3) an employee changing trash then grabbing cookies without washing hands. All separate employees. I brought the concerns up with employees directly. The 3rd employee that had handled the trash stated his belief that because he was using tongs, it was okay to not wash his hands. This all happened within 5 minutes. Recommend avoiding due to unsanitary conditions.

The workers close the store before closing time and they’re rude if you walk in close to closing time (through the gas station, when they’ve already locked the front door).
If you want to close at a certain time, put that on your front door and on Google Maps so we don’t waste the drive and eat somewhere else before they close. If you want to pack up 20 minutes early, then say so.
