I’m not a big pizza eater, and I live very close by to the Herndon Paisano‘s but very rarely get food there. I’ve ordered the grilled chicken salad, the chicken gyro and took advantage of their specials on pizzas recently and everything has been excellent. I absolutely love the fact that they use and cook their own chicken breast, rather than purchase the precooked chicken breast. You can definitely taste the difference.

I’m not sure how their stars are so low! The delivery is always fast! The food is great and they always have great deals! I had a delivery driver who was so sweet when delivering my food! I always choose them over any other pizza place! I love the meat lovers and supreme!

This review is over due, but I’m finally getting around to it because it’s necessary. When I first moved here this Paisanos location was great. I ordered quite frequently as I have a hectic schedule. Unfortunately, over the last few orders of four to five months have been horrible. There was food missing from the order, and sodas constantly missing from every order back to back. Which was odd given their good history. However, my last straw was when I decided to give it another chance being reasonable- things happen. I got the sodas (I put a reminder in the notes) BUT This time I ordered a cheese burger when I bit into it, it was rancid! It was sour, and the odor was way off. It tasted like the meat patty was spoiled or something. I immediately spit it out and threw the entire meal away. Thank God I didn’t swallow this or even worse my children bite into this mess! That’s my last straw no way am I EVER ordering here again. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was unacceptable.

Quality AND service perfection from Paisano’s of Herndon!! We enjoyed a late dinner delivered to our hotel (VERY FAST – online said 1 hour, it came in less than half that time), while in town for a softball tournament. We appreciate the amazing service and delicious meal provided by your team; we will definitely order again when we’re back in town next spring 🙂 Thank you!

The manager is an awesome person. He makes it possible to have a great experience. I am going back with more frequency, and the experience seems to get better with each visit. I say that because the associate always has my request made to order, and this was great. On this evening, I went to fulfill a request of a void friend who wasn’t feeling well. They’d ask for a pizza from a known vendor. The location isn’t desirable because at night their is a club that host adult entertainment and it spoils outside. However, Paisanos was open on in my general vicinity. I stopped in and was greeted by the owner. The store was empty, so I asked for a moment to review the menu. I decided on a large pizza with meat toppings, which I was choosing. The owner advised on a “meat lover’s ” because it would be cheaper. I went with his suggestion and ordered a calzone as well. It didn’t take too long, although it felt like an eternity because I was the only person here. When I reverie it and took it to its destination everyone was very surprised at the size and the amount of meat on the pie. However, my calzone was cut like a Stromboli on the top. Anyone who is familiar with a calzone and a Stromboli knows the cure is not on a calzone. This is the only issue I have with Paisanos. But overall, the order was good, and the orbs had flavor. I would definitely go back, but I would have to explain the difference between the calzone and Stromboli being from NYC and eating at pizzerias for most of my life.

The pizza here is amazing! I have to eat gluten free and their gluten free pizza is so good I almost thought it was regular pizza at first! My husband can eat regular pizza and he loves it too. Really great and the price is good too in my opinion (as long as you order direct and not DoorDash). We will definitely get pizza here again.
