Had ordered 4 items go back home to realize they forgot to give me my side entree. Had to go back and show the receipt. I got my missing item but the hassle of doing so. I expect restaurants to have the order ready and not forget things.

Ordered a large sizzling shrimp A la carte. She filled the container 3/4 full and said she could only give me 15 shrimp. I’m fine with that but at least fill the rest up with veggies! That order cost over $16…what the hell. The trays were sticky too. Worst Panda ever.

This is a 5-Star review for Shirly, who is obviously a relatively new employee to this location. Shirly was working very quickly and was very friendly with all of the customers. This is also a 1-star review for Matthew, who appeared to be managing the line at the time I bought lunch today. Matthew, you will learn with time that managing requires leadership, and while you were trying to get things done and I saw that, you were also pretty rude and pushy with Shirly. Please consider that new employees might need support and encouragement rather than belittling. It looks like you might be good at being a manager some day, but remember, treating people well matters, as does productivity and efficiency. Overall, this location is very efficient and the staff are usually pretty nice and friendly.

I do not want to go into how much I eat at Panda Express because it is kind of embarrassing, but I will say that when I go, I just get vegetables and meat so not big on the breaded or other carbohydrate heavy foods. With that being said, I can tell you that I have been to many Panda Expresses in the past so I have a lot of experience to base my opinion on.
Without a doubt, I would say the Newbury Park Panda Express is the most enjoyable one that I have been to. The facility is always clean, the food is well stocked and freshly prepared, and the employees appear to be more friendly. I very much enjoy going to this location whenever I am in the area.
Additionally, there is a bonus for people who have the need to stay in their cars as this is one of the few Pandas I have encountered that has a drive through.

This is a review about the Panda Express in Newbury Park, CA. It is the only Panda drive-thru in the Conejo Valley. Lines are always fast. Employees are friendly and very helpful, courteous. The branch is very clean, orderly, and has plenty of parking. Easy to get to off the 101. It’s at the front of a shopping center, roadside. You can’t miss it. Food is always hot, well-prepared, and boxed nicely. We never have any issues with this branch, and it’s enjoyable to go there. Pretty area, too.
