Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere, it was my first time in thanks to a recommendedation. The strawberry burst redbull was very yummy, and all the art hanging along the walls was very nice as well. It’s always good to support local artists and businesses.

I stopped by twice this week and had a great experience both times. It’s a really nice spot to just sit, relax, and chat for a while. The barista was friendly and super quick with the service. I tried both the Costa Rican and Mexican blends and both were excellent, very clean-tasting cups of coffee.

Primo is great!
When you walk inside – it is always clean; and never any trash or debris left on the coffee bar. Tables and chairs are always free of trash and are always clean.
The atmosphere inside is calming and interesting with plenty of seating inside.
There is usually an artwork display on the wall in the cafe area with local art for sale. Love this feature!
There is also a small outdoor patio area with tables in warmer weather months. It’s really lovely.
The service staff are ALWAYS polite and friendly without fail; every single time and
I have been to Primo dozens and dozens of times; suffice to say that their service is always top-notch. Never a rude interaction from the staff there. Wonderful!
The politeness from staff is most certainly an exceptional laurel to be proud of and hats-off to you all for your consistency.
There is a large restroom inside and it is always clean.
As for the coffee, their espresso is just right and the drinks are always crafted with care. It’s that extra level of care there that makes the beverages so yummy.
Need an extra shot or two? They got you.
As for the food, I frequently order their turnovers, which are large and delicious.
The pastries are always prepared perfectly. The consistency of their items is out of this world. So delicious.
This has to be one of the best coffee places in greater Portland, Oregon.

Really good coffee. They were busy but they did a great job at getting orders out in a timely manner. I had the 20oz iced mocha with whipped cream. Came with chocolate whipped cream and the coffee had a perfect balance of flavor from both the chocolate and the espresso. Wasn’t burnt.

Decent coffee, poor cappuccinos (they hear latte). Staff is only friendly to people whose names they know. I live nearby and have been there many times, busy and slow but have never been asked mine name. Friendlier places with better coffee elsewhere, even McDonald’s.

What a great café! Stopped in to work remote for a couple hours this morning, friendly service… great drip coffee… and a delightful cinnamon roll at a very fair price. Noticed they bake everything in house too!!! Impressive

Really cute spot, pastries are delicious. Big downside is that their espresso is extremely bitter!! Like so bitter it’s hard to drink. Wish they had a lighter roast option or just better espresso altogether!

I’m so glad I stopped in this morning! The manager, Sam, was incredibly helpful with recommendations—there were so many delicious options, it was hard to choose. I ended up going with the marionberry scone, and it was so good I devoured it before I could even snap a picture. The coffee was just as impressive—rich, flavorful, and clearly a great roast. The store was also very clean and inviting. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!
