These are righteous buffalo style wings. Cooked perfectly by Eric and topped with an amazing X-tra hot sauce….mmmm. My brother and I were craving wings on a cold Tuesday night in January so we popped in and ordered away. Man, were they good.
This place has a robust takeout business. It was nonstop while we were there of people coming in and picking up their orders. However, I would recommend eating them there so you can get them hot and steamin’ and fresh, and delivered to your table by Eric.
So much better here than at the Target Plaza location. This one downtown is consistently great and you will not find “jumbo wings” here cause any true wing connoisseur knows that wings ain’t supposed to be jumbo. I challenge you to find a better chicken wing in North Florida or South Georgia.
Go see Eric. He’s got it right.

I eat at Skinny Pete’s every week, sometimes twice a week. Service is always friendly and timely. Food is great! Love the small, crispy wings and the Philly steak. Food is VERY affordable and they even have fresh salads available, if you opt for healthy. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, tasty meal, Skinny Pete’s Downtown is your go-to!

My food was hot and brought out within a timely manner. My lemon pepper sprinkles were left off but they had no problem correcting that and apologized. They treated me the same as the person in front of me and behind me. The young woman up front was holding it down while they were busy. Been here many times and thought it was overdue for my opinion.

The new owners of the restaurant are rude and treat certain client a whole different way. I have always been a customer there since the doors 1st open and never really had any problems. I start to notice how as the the organization owners start to be less visible the others would be on the phone fussing with customers, making certain customers drive there while order back as if they can’t make mistakes. Talk rude to certain customers as if they didn’t need their money. I just never thought it would be me,,,.My time came , I placed an order which I didn’t check or eat immediately again my fault. Two hours had pass and I realized my order was wrong,so I called to speak to someone. I told the young lady what the issue was and she proceed to yell in the kitchen about the order and this young man yells back the order is 2hrs old . I sd yes but before I could say another word the lady sd that if I would’ve eaten the wings when order they’ve would have been right and hung up. I was planning on taken wings back so she could see what I was talking about ,but then thought that the last dollar they will get from me . Lol the mess up part it was only over sauce and she didn’t want to fix it

We got the special~30 wings and 2 fries…The lemon pepper were crispy and delicious and the medium were just as flavorful! The fries were crispy and salted to perfection! We are definitely going back before we leave!!! Great experience

The food wa_. s good as always the only problem I have is why did I end up with a box full drumsticks.. I know some people order all flats , so does that mean that the next customer gets all drums. MY WHOLE 20 PIECES IS ALL DRUMS. Is it that I have to pay more to have a mixture of wings that include flats?

My experience was bad,to say the least,the wings were wayyyyy too dry,and over done,it hurt my mouth to eat it…the flavor was good if I could enjoy it…I want to give them a second chance ,maybe if it’s not over done I might have liked it more
