Stopped by Leftcraft on a cold, rainy Saturday evening after spending the day at one of our units. It’s tucked into a beautiful, quaint area near the Edmonds ferry, though we had to park down the street, so bring an umbrella if it’s raining, even if no one around here seems to use one.
Inside, it’s very minimal. No artwork or decor, just a modern, almost Blade Runner style bar with a couple TVs playing the Olympics, tables along the walls, and larger communal tables in the center. It does seem kid friendly, as we saw families in the restaurant and nearby spots.
I ordered the surf and turf, crispy pork belly over brown rice and grains with scallops and what was listed as marinated prawns. The dish was flavorful, but the “prawns” were clearly large shrimp. My friend’s chicken pot pie was surprisingly small with a very basic side salad. The pretzel and pimento cheese on the pub platter were excellent, though the cheese curds were not fried as expected and the sausage was just okay.
Overall, a good experience in a great location, just a bit pricey for what was served.

Great place with a good variety of draft beers and friendly service!
The appetizers are very good and they have sandwiches and bowls! We had sandwiches and they were delicious— I had the fish sandwich, which was light and super tasty, perfect if you don’t want something heavy. My husband got the pork sandwich and loved it too.
Definitely will be back to try the bowls and appetizers! 🙂

This is not your typical brewery. The design and ambience are modern, well lighted and open. The food is really good quality and very good value. We had sliders, fish sandwich and Mediterranean bowl. Everything was delicious. The veggies in the bowl felt like they had been cut just before serving it. And they have a great selection of beers. Great and friendly service. We loved it and will definitely come back.

The ribs here are amazing! Had the St. Louis Half rack and the meat was falling off the bones. The rest of the offerings receive equal care. Unlike other BBQ’s, the vegetables are far from an afterthought. Their quality complements the meat well. And the beer selection is top-notch. Franklin BBQ would be envious. Briley’s and other BBQ joints up here should be very concerned.

Had a great weekend lunch with a friend at Left craft this last Saturday.
I had the kimchi bowl with pork belly, and the flavors were delicious. Umami, spicy, and well balanced. Proportions were just right.
Their cocktail menu is on point. As a mixologist, I find it’s pretty challenging at most restaurants to find a well balanced well executed cocktail. My friend and I shared two of them between us, and they were both fantastic. Well done left craft.

I loved the style how they displayed the food. The portions were big and food was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and casual, definitely will come back to try other things.

This is a perfect place for grabbing a bite and is modern Edmonds downtown as it gets! Great food all around!!! Great atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Only minor tweak is the fish/scallop sandwich – just my personal taste but fish, being a lesser juicy fat protein, needs either less bread or more fatty sauce to balance out. In this case, I think a fattier sauce with the spice sauce would go great! Still, a scallop bacon sandwich was great!

First time coming here and it was 5/5! Will definitely be coming back and already excited to try the other food items. Pretzel board was a great size for two, and the two bowls my boyfriend and I got we enjoyed a lot. Atmosphere inside is nice, minimal, modern. Def a place for drinks with friends but has substantial food. The surf and turf bowl was a great size and had more seafood than I thought, they did not skimp. Will be back!!

Came here today for a New Year’s lunch with friends. Very friendly service, great food made from scratch, and an amazing variety of menu options.
I had the Chicken Pot Pie, which comes with a small field greens salad with homemade dressing. Delicious!
It has an open kitchen layout, so you can see that everything is made to order with clearly fresh ingredients.
Had a great time, and will definitely return.
