The staff are very welcoming and kind. They are very knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. We ordered the mad and cheese bowl, mad fries, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. The sauces were all amazing and the food was delicious. The chicken was very fresh, well seasoned, cooked to perfection and beyond flavorful. It smelled so good that we started eating before even taking pics. As someone who has worked in Glen Cove, we definitely needed this food option! Great location as well. So good we got some mad tots to go! Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu. All the sandwiches look amazing and are pretty big from seeing others order!

The chicken was average. The cashier taking orders was more interested in talking to his buddies in the kitchen than taking orders. He was no where to be found for 10 mins. Also the music is absolutely inappropriate with graphic explicit lyrics on every track on a Saturday morning. Will not be returning.

First, let’s talk about the food. We ordered buffalo and garlic parm chicken wings and they were exceptionally juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. They were prepared fresh and seasoned to perfection. A wide range of sauces were offered alongside the wings. I’ve really enjoyed the wings and Mad & cheese is a MUST try!! The sides, which include crispy fried pickles, tater tots, and jalapeño poppers, are also unbeatable.
The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming!The kind and helpful staff not only ensures that the dining experience is delightful but also offers excellent customer service. The food was ready in a few minutes. Mad Chicken is the best option if you’re craving delicious fresh food at a clean fast-food restaurant.
