I finally made it to Healthy Haus Spot in Deltona, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been visiting Haus of Vibes in Orange City, and since they are both similar, I thought I’d give Healthy Haus a try! Zilk was working behind the counter that day and was very kind and helpful, which makes every visit even more enjoyable.
Although I love their Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake at Haus of Vibes, I decided to try something new at this location. I went with the **Pumpkin Banana Bread Protein Shake** from their seasonal menu, and it did not disappoint! One of the best things about this spot is their rotating seasonal drinks, which always keep things fresh and exciting, making me want to come back and try more.
Each shake is around 200 calories (depending on what you add) and packs 24 grams of protein. They also offer protein waffles. Their shakes are water-based, helping keep the calorie count low, and they even have cookies! I loved the cookies so much that I brought a box home, especially enjoying the caramel and sugar-free chocolate flavors.
The Pumpkin Banana Bread Protein Shake was delicious, and their waffles, and cookies are absolutely irresistible!
The vibe at Healthy Haus Spot is so cute, too. The mural of the Volkswagen van with an “H” adds a fun touch! If you’re into fitness or health and wellness, I highly recommend checking this place out. Every shake I’ve tried—whether it’s Dutch Chocolate, Pumpkin Banana Bread, or the cookies—has been amazing.
Exciting news: They’re opening a new location in DeBary, and Zilk’s daughter Andrea will be running it! I can’t wait to try even more flavors.
I also saw Healthy Haus as a vendor at the Marketplace with a Purpose event at Volusia International Bible Fellowship in Orange City. This event was a delightful surprise! I found out about it from a flyer Zilk told me about at Healthy Haus, and they even saved some cookies for me to buy—how fun is that? Their protein-based cookies and drinks are amazing, so I couldn’t resist grabbing some at the event. It was such a great time supporting local vendors, and I look forward to more events like this in the future!

Had an açaí bowl craving and ended up in this cute little place for the first time. The service was excellent and the açaí bowl was sooooooooooooooo delicious. My daughter also had a refreshing healthy drink that she absolutely enjoyed. Will be coming back for sure!

Such a hidden gem!!! Was welcomed right away and the atmosphere is so nice and cozy. The protein shakes are so good! You couldn’t even tell there was protein powder, it tasted just like a milkshake and was so yummy. And the waffles are so good as well! We will definitely be back ❤️
