I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs after receiving a coupon in the mail from one of those flyers. It has been quite some time since I’ve been in there. I must say that I was blown away with the superb remodel as it went more into the calming blue beach scene with fantastic customer service. Food was delivered fast and fresh and tasty too!.

Every time I review a Jersey Mike’s they lose a start on their iced tea. Just not Texas quality. This NJ chain needs to figure out that iced tea is serious business in TX. They should take a lesson from McAlister’s, it’s right across the street.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike’s in Wichita Falls, and I can confidently say it was one of the best fast-casual dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the three team members behind the counter stood out. They greeted us warmly, were incredibly patient, and took the time to guide us through the menu with thoughtful suggestions based on our preferences. Their thorough explanations and friendly demeanor made the ordering process enjoyable and stress-free.
The establishment itself was spotless—clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. It’s reassuring to see such attention to cleanliness and sanitation, especially in today’s climate.
As for the food, it was excellent! The subs were fresh and full of flavor. The bacon, in particular, was cooked to perfection—crispy without being overdone and added the perfect touch to our sandwiches.
Service like this is rare and absolutely worth celebrating. Although we don’t have a Jersey Mike’s in our hometown, we will absolutely make a point to stop at this location every time we pass through Wichita Falls. The subs were great, but the service was even better. Highly recommended!

Jersey Mike’s is great. But do not go to this location. They do not practice safe food handling. They never change their gloves. Even after handling money and raw chicken. I have been there twice and witnessed it both times.

I ordered my sandwich online and picked it up. I ordered the steak sandwich made mikes way and chips. The sandwich bread was very very soggy. Whoever made my sandwich drenched it in oil and vinegar. When I opened the sandwich there was liquid everywhere which is unacceptable to me.
When you go into the store they tell you every Wednesday you get chips & a free drink. I ordered through the online portal & paid for chips. They didnt refund me the chips I paid for due to them being free on Wednesdays.
The customer service was fine, everyone greeted me when I walked into the building to pick up my food. The lady was in the process of making my food. I’m not sure I would recommend this place unless they move the lady who made my sandwich off the grill.

I love to go there with the parking situation between Buffalo Wild Wings and Crab kingdom, something needs to be done, I have seen a few locations here as well as around the country do this for the business that comes into their establishment. Something needs to be done. Overall I’m very happy we have a location in our city .
