Nice Lil authentic place. Tomato pie is a Lil bit different than what I’m used to, but still quite good. The staff is really pleasant and from what I see they do a thriving business.

This is my first experience walking into this establishment. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. The food was 8.5/10 I ordered the spicy and non spicy meatballs and non spicy meatballs. The authenticity of the meatballs and infusing flavors or spice, herbs and a slight taste of cheese. The food was made fresh and I can honestly say I will be back (someone from NY).

Pro: Food was spectacular and the customer service was beyond exceptional it felt like a genuine family engagement.

Con: I wish I took advantage of trying more food

This was our first time visiting. We ordered two Fiorentino Pinini, which came with homemade potato chips and a pickle spear. Everything was delicious! We will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Great service, excellent food and very large portions. They accommodated a request for a special sandwich not on the menu (chicken, greens, roasted peppers and provolone), that my partner was craving. So nice as! It was a perfect place to stop for lunch on our drive across the state. We’ll be sure to return when we’re next in Utica!

Great Italian food in a family restaurant. Would recommend placing a table reservation if you have more than 2 people dining in, as there was a wait for empty seats at dinner time on a Friday.

A nice selection of different oils, chesees, and, olive around the business. I’ve arrived around 12pm lunch time not many people waiting for service but it did move fast I ordered the Chicken Riggies from what everyone tells me it’s the best in town. Well it wasn’t good at all felt like I was given the week before meal

Food was great! It was our first time going and the ladies said it wouldn’t be our last, and they weren’t wrong. We tried the chicken parm sub, Italian cold cut sub and some of their tomato pie and the tomato pie alone is worth going back for. We will be back!

Always a favorite, I make sure to visit Daniele’s any time I’m, “home,” which is infrequent anymore. That may explain what seemed to be a sharp decrease in quality and service here. Maybe it’s changed slowly over time? I’ve not been in ages (no longer live in state) so the change was shocking.
My favorite place for tomato pie, but not this time. Their recipe seems to have changed and it’s no longer the delicious and savory taste treat it once was. Instead, soggy and bland, and so disappointing.
Service was second thought. The counter person was too busy talking with someone else to provide the usual stellar (and friendly) service.
The red hat on the statue in the corner by the refrigerator didn’t help the atmosphere at all.
Ah well. All good things come to an end, eh?
