Worst beyond burger I have ever had. It was a whole mess. Asked the person who gave me my food if their was cheese on it and she said “yes” as if I was annoying her. I asked for ranch and was informed that you have to pay $2.11 and she more or less shirked towards the cashier and said that she would take care of that. I didnt purchase it from them but from Nathan’s since I had no choice and the ranch was noy worth the money I spent on it. May as well bring your own condiments it seems.

My thing is, attitude and customer service are everything and the moment you make your customers feel like they are inconveniencing you and you start being nasty to them, its not okay. They wont come back. It felt like the woman at JR just did not want to be there and I could pick up on her unsavory and unwelcoming attitude. I believe her name was Irma. She was wearing a bun and this was on Wednesday night as shown in the pics. Never again.

Please hire better workers. This bad attitude and unwelcoming behavior is grating on my nerves.

I visited this restaurant inside The Luxor Hotel on a Friday night. It was not busy. I ordered the Beyond Burger and fries meal. The burger was not good at all – I didn’t finish it- that’s how bad it was! It definitely didn’t taste like a Beyond Burger!! Very bland and not appetizing.

I figured that the fries would save the meal but they had no salt or flavor either. I was super disappointed with this restaurant! I typically love burgers but this was not something I can recommend.

There is seating and booths for families in the food court area where this is located. The biggest problem I had was paying $26 for something that I couldn’t even eat.

While participating in the Keller Williams Realty Family Reunion at Mandalay Bay, I was very pleased to see a Johnny Rockets near our area in the conference center. It was a perfect location for my morning breakfast. WOW, the American Breakfast was fantastic! Tator tots. Eggs. Sausage. Pancakes. Biscuit. What’s not to love? The staff were very nice, helpful and prompt. I would recommend this spot to others visiting here. Well done! And, thank you.

I have had Johnny Rockets burgers in LA and they were pretty good so when I was in Luxor, we went to the food outlets and Johnny Rockets is here. I was shocked to see that the same burger was $23. Burger and cold fries. Still got it because we already ordered but its was just terrible. The patty was not fresh, pre-made and dry. The bun was stale and barely any toppings. I’m not sure how JR allows this outlet to still operate. The fries were dry and cold.. didn’t even touch them and had pizza next door. Just brutal that with so many food options in Vegas, they do this to customers.

I was staying at the Luxor, so I tried Johnny’s for breakfast. I was happy with both the quality and quantity of the breakfast. I was glad I didn’t order the pancakes because that would have been too much food.

Food was terrible. I was expecting something more and was horribly disappointed for the money I spent. Told the manager and she said “people usually love what we do here.” Not this person. I will never get a burger here again.

The one positive is that the shake was thick and chocolatey (sp?). Oh, and the girl that took my order was nice to us.

If you’re at the Luxor, don’t waste your money here!

BTW, one-star is a generous rating.

The place inside the Luxor Hotel is good but the food is very expensive. Two hamburgers with a kilo of onions, a pound of lettuce, and almost invisible meat, plus two sodas, cost 70 dollars. Walter, I think, is an unfriendly blonde. I won’t eat there again.

We ordered the All American breakfast. It was two scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, a biscuit, tater tots and two fluffy pancakes for $16.99. You have to order at the counter and get the condiments at one station to the right and syrup for your pancakes in front of Nathan’s hotdog.
We ordered water to drink and were able to get free refills.

Located inside the food court within the walls of the Luxor hotel. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious. The buttermilk pancakes were fluffy and huge! Next time we will get the deluxe meal and share. Plenty of food and lots of areas to find a place to sit and enjoy. There is a Starbucks, pizzeria, subs and salads, original chicken tender, and Nathan’s famous inside of the food court as well.

I had never heard of this place but went only because it was in our hotel (Excalibur).

Save your money. The food was less than mediocre. You can get a double cheeseburger at In and Out that tastes way better, has larger portions, and includes a drink for $10. A basic single cheeseburger and fries without a drink in a fast food place shouldn’t cost more than $21. A nostalgic atmosphere where I have to get my own food shouldn’t more than double the cost of a burger. This isn’t Hell’s Kitchen.
