Went for my order we did online,
Wait time 12min
Got here in 15min, then I’m told they don’t have a sauce anymore and I didnt recieve a callback beforehand to let me know even though the option is still online.
*Manage your website better or let customers know before they show up and wait again even longer. I might as well had ordered in store the first time with all this wait.
I recommend NOT using their online and call instead.

She engaged with all her customers and gave constant updates about their order and how long we should expect it to be ready, with the help of the kitchen staff staying on beat with the flow of the orders. I try to be fair about my reviews. The store was clean. The staff was nice. However, the food was absolutely horrible! The cheese fries were very soggy. The chicken tasted so bad. I got the mild boneless wings. It completely reminded me of frozen mild boneless wings that came out of a bag from a grocery store. I know tgey get their food frozen but, for $12 I could have gotten the same thing for less the $5 at walmart. I did not finish my food it was so bad. I did not complain, just left it. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I will not be back! The food definitely looked way better than it tasted.

Placed a delivery order today since it was free delivery, when I got my wings it ended up being a different order. Called the restaurant back and explained the situation, the manager (didn’t catch his name, sorry!) apologized and offered to make a new order and personally drive it to me.
