We came in for lunch, as you can see in the photos we had a wide select of food we ordered. The ribs were so tender, the brisket burger was good and the pulled pork tasty. The side dishes mac-n-cheese, dirty rice, baked beans and corn cakes were excellent! The service was fast and friendly. Give them a try.

Partner and I were traveling across country and came across this gem of a BBQ spot. Good portions for the price, and very delicious! They make their own BBQ sauces which we enjoyed all of them. The outdoor seating is also nice and quiet when we went. I encourage the immediate neighborhood to establish this restaurant as a go-to spot. Owner is real kind as well and passionate with his business. I admire that.

Nice and cozy! The owner was awesome as was the other young man running the cash register! They both gave great suggestions on what to try. We ordered the platter that was reasonable priced and was able to eat off of it twice! The brisket was yummy and I really liked the mac cheese..everything was good!

A very good BBQ experience with great people working the counter and kitchen. I’m a BBQ-snob who has eaten in Dallas, Memphis, Carolina and K.C. I’m here to tell you, BBQ Brothers is pretty darn good. BRISKET: 9/10. Great smoke. Nice bark that doesn’t overpower the taste of the meat. Perfect fat-to-lean ratio. RIBS: 9/10. Fell off the bone and had great flavor. BEANS: 8.9/10. Cooked perfectly (not mushy) with unique seasoning. Pro-tip: Take some of your brisket scraps and mix them in to take these beans to the next level. MAC & CHEESE: 9/10. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Very cheesy. Great choice of noodle. Pepper background. CORNBREAD CAKE: 6.5/10. It’s fine. It comes out looking like a pancake which is fun. But it needs help from honey. SERVICE: 10/10 Very, very good. PRICE: Standard for BBQ. Two meat combo with two sides, cornbread cake and a pop $30 (including tip). ATMOSPHERE: 6/10. BBQ joints are not supposed to be fancy. They’re supposed to be a place to get your feedbag on. PORTION SIZE: I was stuffed. HIGHLIGHT: The spicy BBQ sauce was awesome. LOWLIGHT: Just a personal opinion, but I believe BBQ should be served with Dublin’s Red Cream Soda. RETURN VISIT?: The Brothers are now a part of my BBQ-family.

The best brisket I’ve had in a long time. BEAUTIFUL smoke ring and dripping with flavor! The corn cake was delicious. Coleslaw has some bite and no sweetness, just how I like it! My only complaint was that my food was gone too quick. This is the new top of my list for BBQ in CB.

The owner and employee were very friendly. Bathroom was clean. We did the daily special so for two meals we paid a decent amount for the quality as well as portion.

One of those meals that makes you wish you could just move in. Brisket, pulled pork, and ribs—perfect. Potato salad so good it deserves a thank-you note. Award-winning for good reason, and you can tell they’re building something big here. And the peach cobbler? Miss it and you’ve wasted the trip.

Everything about BBQ Brothers is high quality! This is a new favorite, locally owned, eatery for me. The menu is all the classic BBQ. Great smoke rings and flavor on the meat, and the sides are delicious. I really appreciate the “dry rub with sauce on the side” plating option they have gone with. The three sauces are all wonderful. They’ve got a really nice area to sit and eat outside, and the inside dining experience is clean and friendly. Every front-of-house staff member stopped by to ask how our food was, if we were comfortable (if we wanted the room temperature adjusted). I highly recommend you become a regular patron of BBQ Brothers. I hope they expand someday. They are too good to stay tucked away in the corner by Lake Manawa. Front and Center for this veteran-owned, friendly, well-prepared, and presented restaurant.

We were driving thru town on 80 looking for good bbq along the route. Got the sampler platter with green beans, Mac n cheese and dirty rice. Everything was good to awesome. I’ve not have cornbread, dirty rice and smoked turkey as good as this. The owners were generous and entertaining. Great atmosphere!
