Ordered 2 pizzas on Christmas Eve: One with pepperoni and light sauce, the other with sausage, pineapple and black olives with light sauce. The first came with no sauce and no pepperoni, the second came with no sauce. Contacted Pizza Hut, was promised 2 free large three-topping pizzas. Received a coupon code via online chat, added it to my app. When I opened my app (less than 2 weeks later), the coupon was gone. When I contacted them again, they said the issue was escalated and they could do nothing for me. Quite unsatisfied – we won’t be using Pizza Hut again.

Walked in this store after a tiring day(couldn’teven think straight), didn’t know what to get to feed 4 teen boys. This young lady(Jaylen), was sooo patient and helpful. Even with all the questions I asked, she never got frustrated, remained polite and with a smile. Thank you Jaylen, I appreciate you!!! They don’t ask you to do reviews for people like her.

This is not hand tossed… more like thin with crust…. The pizza had NO SAUCE on the bottom as pictured only at the top towards the crust. Pizza Hut is definitely falling off…. It doesn’t matter which location I visit I’m not satisfied…some make the pizza so sloppy that the cheese falls off from all the sauce… I drove 18mins thinking I’d get better food & boy was I wrong! Do better

This used to be closed but happy to see it is reopened. Now I don’t have to drive to the Pelham location. It is also providing me an alternative to Marcos which I have had issues with their cheese pizza 3 out of 4 times we’ve ordered from them and two different locations on top of that. From Pizza hut we ordered a cheese pizza and a medium supreme. The cheese pizza was outstanding and the cheese pizza connoisseur was actually pleased with the quality. I see someone recently complained about their pizza being cold but this wasn’t the case this time. My only complaint would be to have a little more cheese without having to order extra cheese on the supreme pizza to match the pictures on the TV and the flyers received in the mail. However, this seems to be the case no matter who you order your pizza from or in my case anyway. We will definitely be back to see if the quality stays the same.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. We order pizza on a weekly basis due to travel ball and other activities we have throughout the week. This is the 3rd time the delivery has been over an hour behind. I understand not having delivery drivers, but communication is key. I have to call several times and I’m given minimal information about my order. I called initially to ask the status and was told “it’ll be there in a minute, the driver is on the way”. To the store? To my home? Idk. I waited another 30 minutes and called again and was told the exact same thing. I’d really appreciate my money back at this point because it’s $40 wasted on cold food and mini wings. I wouldn’t have even ordered the wings had I known they were pinky sized. I will never be ordering from you all again.

We recently switched to this location due to problems at another one. Boy, did we make the right decision! Absolutely everything was cooked to perfection. It reminded me of being a kid and going to Pizza Hut. We had a pepperoni pan pizza that was crispy and delicious!! 10/10!!! and the chicken Alfredo pasta was fabulous! 10/10.. I picked it up on the way home after a long day at work and it made our night great. Thank you to the people that run this location!

“Thin Crust” orders are always burnt to a crisp. I recommend hand tossed or thick crust so you won’t be eating crackers.

If I could give zero stars I would if I paying a whole dollar for extra bacon I should get what I paid for if I got a two topping pizza and said pepperoni and bacon and paying for extra why is my pizza not covered then the male manager lied and said it was extra look at this not satisfied hopefully cooperate can make it correct especially me visiting from a different state this crazy
