We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, parking right in front. Bright, clean and lots of tables. Service was quick and friendly. We shared a bowl of the Miso Ramen Soup and Beef Bulgogi with side of Miso Soup. Both dishes were flavorful and delicious! We’ll add this to the rotation of regulars.

Poke Factory absolutely blew me away! I had the shrimp tempura with udon, and it was a 10/10 experience — the tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh, and the udon broth was rich, comforting, and bursting with umami in every sip. We also tried the spicy pork with rice, which was hearty and satisfying, but what really stood out was the miso soup — hands down one of the best I’ve had. And just when I thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the cookies and cream boba, the perfect sweet finish to an already incredible food.

Really refreshing and healthy lunch option. For around $15, I got tuna and salmon poke, a salad base, and various toppings. The staff were so sweet and recommended toppings they love! The result was delicious.

I’ve given this place a few chances, but this was the last straw. Ordered a poke bowl with 2 proteins — got zero. Just a bowl of rice and veggies. No refund or replacement offered. If you care about quality or getting what you pay for, be careful with this place.

Probably one of the best poke spots we’ve been to! Not only is it an easy to follow ordering system for those that get overwhelmed by it, but also right on it when it comes to customer service and welcoming!
Food was super fresh, flavors of ingredients were right on too! Spicy tuna actually had a kick to it and wasn’t over salted as most places make it, great taste to it as well. Sauces and topping options were very good too! Serving sizes are quite good. We got the medium size bowl and it was a lot of food! Great prices too! This will be our poke spot from now on!!

The Sushi and Ramen were absolutely amazing!
The two ladies working so hard are so nice and kind.
The dine-in area is super clean along with everything else.
The fountain drinks are crispy.
I was completely surprised by this place and heavily relied on the photos and average review.

Food was fresh and delicious, however there was more jalapeño and edamame than rice and greens. The photo shows how much was left after I ate half of how much was in the bowl. There was basically an entire jalapeño in my bowl. WAY too much. The employees were friendly and quick.

I actually really love this Poke place!
The price is as expected and it tastes incredible! A little pricey (but that’s every Poke place) and great for when you want to treat yourself. I got a small bowl with salmon, shrimp protein and white rice base with sides. It was enough for 2 meals for me. You have to try the Creamy Sesame sauce, it might be one of the best sauce I have tried at a Poke restaurant! (I had it on top of the sesame oil and it’s a perfect combination for me).
A plus plus plus thing here is that they have self-order station and for a person who is always anxious when ordering Poke that is absolutely amazing!
Their miktea is also really good, I tried the Lavender and I loved it!
Overall, very happy. I’ve come back more than 3 times.
(I would recommend adding dry seaweed as a topping choice! It would go really well with everything else and also a very popular choice for us)

I get that the drink was free because of a promotion, but what’s not free is my time. I didn’t even know it was free! Lol. I only ordered delivery because I have a respiratory infection and didn’t want to go out. Whether it was free or not, it was part of my order and now I have to go out which at thet point I could have just gone here myself. If you offer something in a promo, please still make sure it’s included. Its not a big deal but like its a bit annoying om top of everything else I have going on. Thanks for listening to my rant.
