First time trying this place. I was not impressed. Parking is terrible. There is no dine in option because there’s no room. Food was mediocre we bought *Pork lo mein, very salty.
*Pork fried rice, bland, no peas, no carrots, no scrambled egg, just rice, sprouts, and pork and a weird texture. *Boneless ribs, meaty, not overdone but really no flavor. Teriyaki chicken, which wasn’t terrible, and *fried dumplings, which were really small compared to other restaurants, they were tasty, and the dumpling sauce was super sweet, tasty though.
All in all, I’ve had way better.
Won’t be back.

I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein dinner and it was absolutely delicious, I had no problems at all ordering and it was easy to get and pay for my order. All you need to do is go in through their back door and pay at the counter which is just ahead. There is a small table inside with 4 seats that you can sit at and there is just enough parking for that.
Delicious food, 10/10 for the area in for American Style Chinese food, beating out other’s in the area.

The food is always freshly cooked and always super delicious. They have the best crab rangoons anywhere around the Norwich area. It is 100% the best Chinese food place near occum. The building does look a bit worn but the whole in the wall places are always the best!

I have been in the Norwich area for 6 years, but I had Mr. Pan’s food for the first time today, after reading good reviews. They did not disappointed. Food was delicious and fresh. The person who took my order was very patience. Going back for sure.
