I came in not knowing what I wanted the cashier Tabatha helped me with my final order and had a deal and saved me some money. She has great customer service skills and is very friendly. I hope to see her again on my next visit. I will definitely be coming back in near future.

The last THREE times I have ordered from this location the food has either been UNDERCOOKED regardless of ordering “well done” or wrong completely. Ever since the Kingsley location has closed we have been FORCED to order from this location and after our last order – I’m DONE ordering from this Pizza! We tried calling Papa John’s first but after an hour and half wait time (I’ll wait the next time) we decided to give Pizza Hut one more try and it was the worst yet! Not only did they MESS UP OUR ORDER! It was absolutely undercooked – when I ordered it WELL DONE. We also ordered regular pan crust and got either thin or NY style I’m not sure but it was absolutely horrible, the other pizza we ordered had GREASE ALLL OVER IT and tasted really weird, I told my party I was not eating it and didn’t trust it. 3 of the people who ate the pizza got horrible stomach aches and in the bathroom all night. This place is absolutely disgusting. Will be calling corporate to advise the pizza they ate serving people out of this location

Screw what the haters say about this Pizza Hut!! This Pizza Hut not only delivers the best pizza from the hut but their delivery drivers are always a pleasure!! This is my go-to for late night cravings, birthday parties and Friday night Pizza! NO ONE DOES IT BETTER THAN THE HUT!!

We hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while, so we decided to give it a try again and I’m so glad we did! Both pizzas came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, these were probably the best pizzas we’ve had in over two years in the Orange Park area. Everything hit the spot and reminded us why we enjoy coming here. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Will never spend another some here. They emailed me a BOGO deal. I clicked the link, ordered two pizzas, then showed up to one pizza. The system deleted the second FREE pizza and charged me full price for one. I called and got multiple excuses. The website isn’t their fault, etc etc. They had ZERO interest in making it right. I will never order here again.

My girlfriend and I order Carry out at least once a week from this location and we are always highly satisfied with this location. Orders are always ready in a timely fashion for and well made. We have been to other locations in Jacksonville because we were in the area and they don’t compare. Now if we are heading to town and pizza is on the menu for the night we order here and pick it up when we leave home and take it with us. The late night crew is awesome and I’m satisfied and smiling every time.
