Let me begin this review by praising Omer, server extraordinaire. White glove service in a casual and cozy atmosphere. The food is so delicious as to rival any Michelin star restaurant. We ate the chive biscuits, the clam chowder, the potato soup, the gem salad with filet, the filet entree and yummy desserts. 5star from beginning to end. The Cafe is a hidden gem.

The Nordstrom by me closed years ago, so whenever I see a cafe I have to get some tomato soup. Our server was really sweet. I think his name was alfonso. So upbeat and funny.

Quality of food is not good at all! Clam chowder tasted like heated canned soup. Ravioli looked like went through microwave couple times. Caesar salad had wilted leaves. Chicken was so tough and dry. Sad to say they used to have best Caesar salad. So save your money, wouldn’t recommend this place.

The quality of service at this location has really gone down in the past year. The last two times I dined here, the experience was subpar.
The server only came over to take the receipt for the order and brought out the drinks. She asked us if we wanted bread and butter but it never came. She never came back to check in how our meal was or to refill our drinks. They also used to give out those chocolate mints at the end of your meal which I’m guessing they don’t do anymore. Please train your staff better.

So not only did they raise the price of the cheese steak, but they lowered the amount that you get to 6oz. So now you pay $10 for a roll with steak that only fills half the roll? I got the number to talk to the owner or manager and the number was disconnected? Do better Market Place, Do better…. This is a rip off… And I use to come to you guys 2-4 times a week.

Food is actually very good, but the service makes the experience miserable. Somehow, they created a food delivery model where servers are not incetivized to serve. You select your food and drinks, pay and tip upfront. After that you take a receipt, find a table and hope that someone decides to come over and look at the receipt to bring drinks and to tell the kitchen where you sit. A kitchen runner will eventually bring food, when drinks will show up is anyone’s guess. Because the tip was collected up front, guests are just an inconvenience to the servers. A take a number to the table model would be so much simpler and more efficient. A shame, because we actually liked the food, but it took 45 minutes to get.

Pleasantly surprised the food was fantastic. For under $20 we got a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cheddar biscuit, and a Sante Fe chicken panini with a side Caesar salad. Everything was fresh and full of flavor and the panini was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the biscuit, too. It was like an upscale version of the Red Lobster cheddar biscuit.
