Stumbled upon this charming restaurant while exploring Sandwich and the surrounding area. Lovely historic building with upstairs dining area. Enjoyed an amazing dinner near the fireplace on a chilly winter evening. Loved the live music and our waitress Susanne was the sweetest – best service!! Would definitely return. Everything we ordered was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Excellent dinner in a lovely antque inn setting. Delicious entrées and excellent service. We ate on the patio this beautiful evening but could have eaten in the first floor restaurant or the upstairs bar /lounge. Good pricing on the food, wine seemed overpriced for the poured amount.. I hope to return soon.

Was surprising good for the area. Food was good, service was good, prices were reasonable. The upper bar level was pretty loud, but we sat down stairs and was not loud, could have conversations.

Love the ambiance! The upstairs bar is warm and inviting. This restaurant evokes a sense of homeyness. The food is all-American, dependable, and consistent. They have a nice variety of salads and their rotating specials menu is one of my favorite places to order from. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows someone, and their live, acoustic music on Friday nights is fantastic.

Have been going to Corner House for over two decades now and seen the ups and downs. It has never been better than now. It has kept the unique small town NH charm and is not a Common Man restaurant while having great food and a super friendly staff. Broad selection of food that is now very well and consistently prepared. Particularly like the vibe upstairs which has been expanded. Thank you to the new owners and CJ who runs the operations with a sense of humor but also efficiency. As a local resident, I can’t tell you what a joy it is to have CH in Center Sandwich at this level. And every time I go back, there is some new improvement so keep it up! It is greatly appreciated!!!

Cozy and casual fine dining. Food was DELISH! We ate upstairs in the pub area but could have chosen downstairs in the fine dining area or even outdoors on the very inviting patio. Lots going on , pool table in a room right next to Inviting waiting area with couches and cozy fireplace. Live music upstairs. Our server was friendly, fast and efficient. Great lunch after a long hike in the morning. We shall return!!

Amazing food and Even better people!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and very on top of everything the whole meal. I went with a large group and they took care of us the entire time, gave amazing recommendations and the food was great. The best part was meeting CJ! Such a nice person, ask for her when you come!
