10/08/25 – Restaurant was cleaner but my Blizzard again had toppings only on the top half, vanilla ice cream on the bottom. Sad.
08/xx/25 – The restaurant was dirty, not one clean table in the place. Then I got my Mint Oreo Blizzard. It was a cup of vanilla ice cream with some topping thrown on the top only. NOT coming back.

Absolutely terrible, ordered 6 meals, all had cold fries and cold burgers. Missing half the order and literally curdled ranch cups and had to drive all the way back for the kids ice cream. Will never stop here again of which is unfortunate in a small town with limited food options

ordered a triple cheeseburger plain (even told them Just cheese and the burger), got it and it had pickles and ketchup on it… Second time they’ve done that to me in the last few months. Usually theyre pretty good with orders.

We got 4 chicken strip baskets. They forgot the gravy for one. Got home and realized one was regular instead of buffalo. The fries were cold. The toast was done in a toaster. Remember the fool old days when they use to grill the bread….yum. Overall disappointing dinner.

We love going here! Sometimes my husband and I share lunch and sometimes we take our grandson when he’s visiting. Just recently we received an incorrect order, I called and they told me they would make it right. They went above and beyond!! Thank you to the manager and staff of DQ Pulaski! Not a lot of places would do that.

We are officially not coming back to this Dairy Queen again. Besides the bad service, the portions are getting smaller, The qualities going down and the prices are going up.
Tonight we were told through the drive-through that we ordered something we didn’t (cherry vs blue raspberry). These are very different flavors and I was shocked to be told that I ordered the wrong flavor. When has the customer ever been wrong?
You can give your “canned” response to someone else. I spent enough time explaining your stores defaults. What makes you think I wanna take a 20 minute survey to tell you what else went wrong? Your managers need to pay attention to those on the front lines. Until you make a change, you’ll just continue to lose business

Have a really hard time following directions. Order cheese burgers get hamburger, order a large drink charge for a large drink gives you a small. Very incompetent
