When the person working finally quit yacking with some customer and took my order I asked if they had any fresh lettuce. Her response when she brought some new lettuce out and you could see the difference between the brown old stuff and the new, “I would eat that!!!” Judging from the way she looked I bet she would eat about anything!! NEVER there again!!!

This Subway was very clean and orderly from the seating area to the ordering area to what I could see behind the counter. The first employee we came in contact with was less than friendly but the other was. They both listened to the orders and applied the direction correctly.

Do yourself a favor and avoid eating or spending your money at store# 10560 2nd street in clinton. The employees are rude and will give you an attitude about asking for extra vegetables. I literally just get lettuce and pickles on my sub, when asking for extra pickles she mutters under her breath, “ok but just a couple more.” I thought it was policy to make it the way the customer asks. Also we went in there to redeem the 2 foot longs for 12.99 coupon and when checking out the lady tells me I should ring it up as sub of the day, I thought she was saying it because it was a better deal, nope. 22$ for 2 subs and a bag of chips. What happened to customer service? Certainly is not on display at this location

Subbed out cookies without informing me and gave us macadamia nut. Wife has a tree nut allergy and we didn’t realize it wasn’t the raspberry cheesecake we ordered until she took a bite. Attempted to call store no one would answer.

Food was good. The staff was to busy trying to close the store which was an hour away. Mopping the dining area, stacking chars, and emptying the ice machine while people were still eating. Unacceptable!

So sick of subways sucking anymore last time I’m going to one. I was in a rush had to go in and have my husband sub remade but I didn’t check mine. She argued with me about what the bread was supposed to be on it was on the ticket when I relooked at it. Go to eat mine when I get home it wasn’t even cut and was missing One of the sauces I had asked you put on And none of the sauces were more like I asked. Plus when you want extra veggies now they aren’t “allowed” to do more. I’m just done it doesn’t seem like it matters what subway you go to anymore they all suck. And apparently they can’t read the instructions on the tickets either. also, I found the receipt on my app too, so here’s the bread it was supposed to be on Italian herbs and cheese like I thought it was. They just can’t read apparently don’t even waste your time trying to type in special instructions cause they don’t pay attention to it

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad, and I didn’t get any bacon or ranch dressing in my salad. They threw sliced cheese on top of my salad, and no where near enough lettuce and spinach. Will not go back

Went there for take out food tonight. Had a SUBWAY coupon for footlong for 6.99, coupon says no foot long is excluded. Checked the participating store list, and BOTH Clinton Subway stores honor it.
When i presented the coupon to pay, was told, we dont honor online coupons. I said its a subway coupon and the participation list shows this store participates.
The employee says, i dont care, the owner owns this store and can do what they want.
So, wont be going back to this store.

The manger was really rude to a customer. She told him, I though you didn’t want them toasted. He told the Manger he didn’t want the turkey sub toasted. But he wanted the other two. The manger kept repeating herself told me you wanted them toast.
