NEVER go here i placed an order through pickup which was 1 foot long and 1 six inch both were supposed to be toasted and my six inch had avocado. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when we opened our food at home they both not toasted and there was no avocado. I tried to call multiple times and the employees answered and then would go on mute as if the phone was broken. I proceeded to go in store, when I got there my boyfriend calls me and says he has been calling and it was now going straight to voicemail. I then told them that I had tried to call and the young man said yeah we answered but and then shrugged as if the phones weren’t working. I explained what was wrong and he was starting to remake the sandwiches which he almost made wrong again even with the receipt right in front of him. He even started to make the footlong with ALL the toppings the 6 inch was supposed to have. I was over it at this point and didn’t even say anything. As he is making the food I am looking around and it is DISGUSTING in there. I will NEVER go back. They didn’t even seem sorry or anything no apology or anything they just simply did not care.

Found a long black hair in my food when I tried to get my money back they said they couldn’t because it was over half eaten saying that I should of checked before eating it as if I knew that there was gonna be hair in my food completely made me sick and lose my appetite save yourself the hassle dont go to this subway always have had problems with this one

This is possibly the worst Subway in southern California. As soon as I walk in, they announce that they do not have change if im paying cash. Last time isn’t was that they had no wheat bread. Before that, their fountain didn’t work. I dont go into Subway often, but every time I’ve entered this particular one, it has been terrible. I don’t usually post reviews that are negative, but this was an outstanding example of a terrible restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was so undecided about what to order, but the young lady working named Maria suggested the sandwich of the day.. It was a foot long, 2 cookies and a drink.. I paid 10 dollars and some change.. I’m glad I followed her suggestion, my sandwich was absolutely DELICIOUS and she even checked my cookies for freshness

eeven if she was doing her best to train her 2 employees, all of them hearts of kindness, I understand how hard it could be to be new working figuring out orders, the cash register, knowledge, and importantly making sure ppl enjoy their orders, I showed empathy to them by treating them they treated me and my mom, sister

The lady that attended me and my brother was very nice and polite she had an amazing attitude throughout our service. The place walking in was very clean and the food line looked very fresh. Overall a great experience!

The girl in the morning was very nice and made my sandwich very well. She was kicking butt’s and making people happy. My wife needs to take lessons from cashier # 4090. Can’t get her name since this subway will not answer the phone night or day. Tryed 14x. In 1 hour. But much love to the worker on 9-25 at 10:55am for all her help, specially doing it alone with order after order coming in from doordash. Just moved here and found my new subway. Day 2 I went back, cashier 4111 at 1241pm. Wow. Very rude

After 5 TERRIBLE experiences at this subway, it’s time for a review. Just save yourself & DONT COME HERE. They never have what’s on the menu, & when I proceeded to ask why they didn’t have what I was requesting off of the menu I was told “I told you I didn’t have it. That means I don’t have it” in the most unprofessional manner. Sierra was the only person working, when asked if there’s a number I can contact to complain. She got VERY hostile & rude. I then asked for her name & she proceeded to ask me my name. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, honestly don’t know how this location is still open. I’ll tell EVERYONE I know in the high desert to NOT come here.
