I accidentally ordered a confetti cookie drink after misreading the menu and thinking it was a cookie. I simply asked staff to refund the single item. Instead of being honest about what they were not willing to do, they took my card and pretended to refund my money. When I checked my bank account later it had an item pending for $0.00. And showed that they charged me for everything despite taking the extra drink back. I never accepted or drank out of the drink so they could’ve just dumped it out but instead they pretended to refund my money.

They love to forget food items in your order!! Make sure you always double check your order before leaving because I’ve had multiple occasions where they would miss 1 or 2 food items from your order. Like they basically rob you lol. Be careful when ordering here.

This review has nothing to do with food but their service. When receiving change from a $20 the younger tall Hispanic man working the cash register gave me a fake $10 bill. I didn’t realize he scammed me until I had already tried to use it and the other fast food restaurant wouldn’t let get back the fake $10. I went back into the establishment and told their manager and watched as the same man who gave me the fake $10 was staring in the corner of a wall away from me, refusing to look, and started to smile. The management refused to give me back my money.
Please do not use cash while at this establishment. They obviously hire men that can’t be trusted with money. Yes it was my fault for not checking the $10 bill that was stacked under dollar bills, coin change, and the receipt but I should be able to trust a chain establishment like Taco Bell. Not only was I embarrassed while trying to use a fake $10 not knowing but I was then laughed at by the young cashier worker when going in and trying to resolve this situation. I really hope he’s not taking any money out of that register. Please do better with your hired staff.

Stood at the counter 5 minutes- not one employee looked up and greeted me other than the one mopping by the door, no eye contact until I asked if anyone was available to work the counter, they replied you can order from the kiosk- i refuse to order from a computer with staff on site, this is going to eliminate jobs- out of 6 people in the building no one can work that register??? But they can show upon how to use the kiosk- no thank you, I do not work for taco bell, I’m not receiving a discount for taking my own order. Offer staff at registers please.
