Love Budde’s! The owners are super friendly and great people to talk to. I go in on Tuesday for Jera’s open mic nights, but need to come in earlier for tacos. I order their cauliflower crust pizzas, but their regular pizzas are dynamite, too. Met a lot of good people there.

It’s literally some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese and ingredients were so fresh. Also great beer selection. I’m a huge fan of hazy ipas and they had a wonderful variety! Definitely will be back!!

Tonight I got brave and ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. It’s awesome!!! As a diabetic, the cauliflower crust is a blessing, and makes getting a take-out pizza possible. This is truly good! Flavor is excellent, ingredients balance nicely (and I had them go lighter on the sauce to reduce carbs), and the cheese is a wonderful mix of soft and chewy. I got chicken, pineapple, and black olive, and this will definitely be my go-to order. The picture doesn’t do the lovely pizza justice, but I was hungry!

Great music, atmosphere, and people, and by far the cleanest bar/restaurant I’ve ever been too. Had a great night with great people. Owner Diane was an amazing soul that I’m blessed to of met, she runs a lovely business and cares about her customers and community. 5 of of 5 stars, if you’re in Galesburg I highly recommend stopping in. Might I add the bartender is amazing and makes the best drinks!
