Unfortunately had a poor experience at this Panera location…when we sat down our table still had stains and marks on it so we cleaned it ourselves with a wipe. My salad had the wrong dressing on it, the soup portions were less than half of the bowl (for both of us), and my friend received the wrong soup entirely. My spoon was dirty and his fork was dirty. There was no decaf coffee at all so I reluctantly settled for tea, but the hot water (pictured) tasted like old dirty coffee grounds because they must have previously used the thermos for coffee (you can even see the water is slightly tinted in color and has a few grounds in it). I’d recommend that the manager steps in and helps the staff…they are probably overworked and underpaid.

My food was served uncooked. I came in to study, I’ve been very busy this week and didn’t have time to put up with this. I ordered my food and it didn’t take long for it to be done that was great. however my Mac and cheese was watery and not even cooked. my bread was stale. and overall a disgusting experience. when I went up to the counter I was told “I can’t take it back but there’s a microwave right there.” I spent a good 38 dollars on unedible food. do not eat here.

I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this location after today and would recommend others do the same.

I go to this branch as it’s on my commute but 6 of my last 13 orders have just been wrong. They do not pay attention to order details; normal egg instead of egg white, wrong cheese, wrong bun, missing protein, etc. I call every time for them to process a refund and while Kim has done it begrudgingly, she has gotten increasingly snappier and more inquisitive each time.

Getting disrespected after getting the wrong order THIS MANY TIMES is insane to me.

I used to be a every other day customer at Panera… until two days ago….two days ago I went to panera bread and I was filling my cup with the lemonade I just bought and a manager asked me if I was the one who made a mess all over the table and to clean it up and I said I wasn’t but I would clean it up regardless he thanked me and walked away…I didn’t think any thing of it until today…and I decided to warn everyone not to go to the panera bread by arborland between barnes and noble and whole foods…if you do end up still going there after reading this be prepared to be asked to clean up someone else’s mess

I don’t know if it’s because Panera isn’t making their breads fresh in stores or not or what. But the past 2 times i’ve gotten bagels from this location they are not good. They taste almost raw or undercooked. The taste is completely different than usual. Also some of the staff here is so rude. I was served cold mac n cheese so I went to the counter to address it. The girl snapped at me and told me to go and use the microwave. Love Panera, not a big fan of this location.

Why do I even bother… went to this location because it was having a fundraiser for my school… second week in a row. Had a simple order, pizza and soda for now…half tuna and soup to go for tomorrow. Showed the flier, shown in the picture below, and was told I was set.

Got to the back and everything was on a plater once finished and I stated that the sandwich and soup was to go, pizza was going to be ate at the location. Young lady behind the counter found me annoying but slowly complied with my wished. I then asked to make sure my school was credited the amount that me, and one of my students behind me, had spent for the fundraiser…I was quickly hit with that was only for orders. I then showed the flier to the young lady and pointed out it said providing a copy in person was accepted…then was told the manager had to approve it. The annoyed young lady then said to her coworker what a ****** I was…sorry for expecting things to be done right. I stopped asking questions as I did not want to appear to be rude, remember I had students in the store.

I went to the table to eat my now cold pizza and have my soda. I had to use napkins and a sanitizer to clean my table. After clearing my table and cleaning it again for the next person, I said goodbye to my students and headed home.

Once home I deconstructed my sandwich… pictured below. There was more veggies on the sandwich than tuna. I am also trying to figure out why it had a slice of bacon as well.

Still not sure if the school will get any proceeds of mine or the students sales as that was never answered. I work closely with the teacher who was having the fundraiser so I will be sharing this story with her as well.

We like to go to Panera on Tuesdays for the bagel deal. Every time we have gone, Kathy has helped us. She is very patient with our order and very helpful! She has gone out of her way to help us.
