Our coffee cups magically never reached empty, which is a crucial detail that really enhances the diner experience. Makayla took our complicated, customized order with grace and ensured every request, substitution, and side item was relayed accurately to the kitchen. The food arrived quickly, and she clearly timed her service perfectly to maintain a smooth flow. She demonstrated professionalism and genuine care for her customers, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. For instance, she was already bringing a fresh napkin and a refill on a drink before we even flagged her down. Makayla is the definition of a five-star server and truly elevates the entire dining experience. This Denny’s location is extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented individual on its staff. If you are visiting this restaurant, I highly recommend asking to be seated in Makayla’s section!

Place an online order did not received what I ordered. Called dennys the waitress stated she did not check the order when she gave it to us. Did not offer to give us a replacement breakfast next time when came in. Stated manager would contact never received a call. Customers orders wasn’t important to this dennys. They take your order, money but give you the wrong order. Waitress should be trained to check all orders and replace order if they screw up

We went on the first day they opened (around 12:45pm). Things I’ve noticed:
Parking lot: be careful, the floor is not even.
When we arrived, no one greeted us. The host was helping a customer with his check but did not know if we were paying or just got there. There should always be a host taking care of the bill and the other sitting or taking care of the wait list. Also, it’s very important to welcome the customer. (I used to work at Dennys and was a hostess).
The good thing is that it didn’t take long for us to be seated. Max 3 minutes.
We ordered our food around 12:50pm and got it around 1:10pm. Everything was very fast and the ingredients very fresh.
I ordered a spinach, mushroom, and cheese omelet with hashbrowns and pancakes.
Husband ordered about the same just with ham.
The food was perfect.
The only thing that wasn’t good was the soda (coke) and orange juice. I ordered the soda twice because it tasted like diet coke instead of regular. Then I told them to give me an orange juice instead, and it tasted sour.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. My family and I waited roughly 45 minutes at our table and were never greeted or served. Staff attended to surrounding tables, but we were completely overlooked. We ended up leaving hungry and disappointed. Didn’t even get drinks and wasn’t busy at all.

I was having a really challenging and bad Day. Or should I say early morning when I found myself stranded in Kerman after walking a very long distance and had the most life-changing experience in food preparation and customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Despite all the troubles that started from my journey in firebaugh, Jason and Tomas, 5 star employees that made me feel welcome and well at home with genuine unprecedented and unmatched service and kindness through all of my unnecessary venting and chatter about the nightmare of a day/night that had taken place. THUMBS UP KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND RECOMMENDING TO OTHERS WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN KERMAN LOOKING FOR A FRESH GREAT MEAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!
