The hardest working employees ever!
This is a pretty fast paced Dominoes. Even though they are always up to their elbows in pizzas, they are always friendly and the orders are always accurate.

My experience was good. I ordered online and picked up in store. Customer service was friendly. My order was ready. Not so good thing was the pizza wasn’t really cut. Not sure if the pizza cutter needs to be replaced or sharpen. I definitely had to separate slices.

If I could give them zero stars I would, the workers there are so unprofessional; one of them told my boyfriend that he was lucky that they didn’t spit in his food, and another told him that they dropped his pizza. They were targeting him, a paying customer who has caused no trouble at all. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior, the employee’s name is Finley Pederson. The manager didn’t do anything about this situation either.

They’re literally playing with people’s food. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, and it looked like someone just dumped an entire bottle of buffalo sauce on top. It was completely drowned—messy, soggy, and inedible. Extremely disappointed & disgusted.

Poor customer service . I spend almost a hundred bucks every week here . Didn’t want to remake a bad order . Gave me an attitude over the phone after waiting for remake that never happened . Manager was rude . Do yuu want a refund was all he said . Time to go somewhere else. I guess my business isn’t needed anymore.
The franchisee reached out after my review I gave this place a try again but sadly won’t again after getting 2 sandwiches that looked like dog food. The driver was given the sandwiches and was appalled by what she saw . She asked me to call. I called the store to complain and they gave me an attitude saying I couldn’t speak to the manager . They didn’t care . Well the credit card company will be cutting me a refund .

Dominos pizza experience on Main Street in upper Marlboro is oooohkay. Hit or miss and I suggest to never order chicken from them. I never order from them for this reason and was talked into ordering and yet again, a disappointment. Please see the photo. Chicken half cooked and they half sauced it. I ordered BBQ chicken and they sprinkled the sauce on it.

Last night when I went into Domino’s to pick up my order, I witnessed something extremely concerning and unsanitary. An elderly Caucasian woman who was working the register and answering phones walked to the back where the food was kept. In full view of customers, she put her bare fingers directly into the trays of food and started eating. She then placed her fingers in her mouth and continued eating from the trays.
Immediately afterward, she began making a pizza without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I watched her grab cheese and pepperoni with her bare hands and place them directly onto the pizza. This type of food handling is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to customers.
If this is what she is doing openly in front of customers, I can only imagine how long this has been happening behind the scenes. I will not be eating at this location again.

The Domino’s Pizza located at 14604 Main St., Upper Marlboro, MD (store #6078), operated by franchisee Malcom Carter, is, without question, the most unprofessional, inadequate, lackadaisical, and inconsiderate establishment I have ever encountered.
Last Saturday, I placed an order at 1:15 p.m. and did not receive my pizza until 3:00 p.m.—delivered, astonishingly, to the wrong address on an entirely different street. On a previous occasion, I also experienced an unacceptable delay, waiting nearly two and a half hours for a simple pizza delivery.
While I understand that businesses can be busy, what I cannot comprehend is how, when the online tracker indicates the driver has left the store—located merely 3.7 miles from my residence—it consistently takes more than two hours for the order to arrive.
Adding insult to injury, the store then sends an apologetic email acknowledging that my delivery “was not what we hoped,” offering a so-called “free” pizza that still requires out-of-pocket expenses for taxes and, should one risk requesting delivery again, additional delivery charges.
I have attempted to contact Malcom Carter, the franchise owner, on three separate occasions, all without any response. This situation is unacceptable. Action must be taken to address the gross mismanagement of this Domino’s location. I am genuinely perplexed as to how this store continues to operate, especially considering others in the community have shared similar frustrations and have since chosen to take their business elsewhere.
We cannot continue to overlook the substandard performance of the Domino’s Pizza at 14604 Main St., Upper Marlboro, MD, store #6078, under the ownership of Malcom Carter. Meaningful corrective measures are urgently needed.
