DO NOT EAT HERE!
I found a thread in my food! The thread was given to a team member and I was told they would remake the sandwich and give that to me but I was never given another sandwich or refund. Tried putting a support ticket with Popeyes, but they have no number you can contact and it’s been since Saturday and I have not gotten a response.

I’ve visited two Popeyes locations (Spartanburg & Savannah) in the last year and they both sucked. The grease either tasted burnt or the quality of the food wasn’t great but this one?! Awesome! I ordered a three piece, a chicken & bacon sandwich and fries last night at 7 o’clock and everything was hitting!!! I will definitely be back!!

Those young workers in there are playing instead of cooking the food. We ordered 6 boneless wings and a 2 piece combo. They asked us to pull up to wait on the boneless wings. After about 12 mins we went inside to check, they said they were still waiting on it to come up. Another 12-15 mins goes by, the guy comes outside and tells us that they never put the boneless wings down and did we want something else?! So you held us up almost 30 mins on our road trip. SIR REFUND ME!! If they aren’t cooking the food, what are they really doing ? After driving 3 hours, we stopped off of 20, waited 30 mins and left with NO FOOD! Thanks a lot!

I usually don’t have a major complaint about Popeye’s besides they NEVER have spicy chicken but today they really dropped the ball. The whole point of me going to Popeye’s today was because i was tired from working a double today and yesterday and just wanted something good and ready to eat and okay i had a taste for their spicy chicken and biscuit. Not only did i not get the spicy chicken but i also didn’t get my biscuit. Mcdonalds give more fries than they do, the Mac and cheese looked like nothing but cheese and my cajun rice was not done all the way AND on top of that they gave me a half of serving of sides. I paid $30 for a two piece meal and a three piece meal and it was not up to par. I could’ve came hone and made some ramen noodles and be just as happy and still had my $30. On top of that when i tried calling the first two times nobody answered, the third time they answered then hung up. I tried again numerous of times and they must have taken the phone off the hook because the line was busy. I will never come to this location again, i may just boycott them all together. They charge all that money and the food was trash. Very disappointed

I live on Lake Wateree so it’s like 24 miles to get to this restaurant to order food. Once we got home we found out the entire order was incorrect. The chicken was cooked so long there was nothing to eat other than bones and crust. So now I’m on my way back to there to have them remake my order. Now doesn’t that piece of chicken just look so good? How is anybody supposed to actually eat this?
Actually I have been there twice before in the last week and had absolutely no problem. Everything was perfect. Today my mother goes to pick up our food and gets home and it’s not even edible. I’m just waiting to see if they’re going to pass this food back through the window which is a DHEC violation. No food that has gone to a customer is supposed to be brought back into the restaurant especially through the drive-thru window. For all I know or any of us know they could refuse this food and give it to someone else. That’s a horrible thing to think about that may be the food we have is something that someone else returned. Yuck disgusting!
Okay here’s an update. I just left the restaurant having my order replaced and they could not have been nicer! They actually had my replacement order ready and offered a very sincere apology! I will be returning!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. There was no marking on either sandwich to tell them apart. The cashier got our sides wrong but did correct it upon our asking. As far as quality goes, the sandwich was sloppily put together with bacon hanging off the side. The french fries, rather lack of, we’re good but, jeese, could they spare more than 12? The bun, well, I’ll let the picture do the talking on that one.

Very disappointing experience. I placed a fairly large order—three meals and two sandwiches—and from the start it felt rushed. The guy at the drive-thru window was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him for ordering.
After paying, I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. I ended up sitting there for about 15 minutes, completely forgotten. I finally went inside to ask about my order, and instead of apologizing, the staff seemed irritated that I even asked. To make matters worse, the order was still wrong and had to be fixed on the spot.
We were traveling and just wanted a quick, decent meal, but nobody seemed to care at all. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a frustrating experience overall. Won’t be stopping at this location again.

Absolutely the worst popeyes ive ever been to! Disgusting! That box of bland grease almost made me throw up. $11.00 went down the drain and im pissed about it. With them going at this rate they won’t continue to get business! Just horrible

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I will make an exception. By far, the worst Popeye’s! Customer service was great, but everything else left everything to be desired. My food was very pricey!!!!! Everything was cold and tasted greasy. I threw everything in the garbage.
