OMG!!! I think this is the best chipotle ever. Yes is busy and yes you have to wait a little but is super good. One of the managers Kevin with all the tattoos he is the best, great customer service and so lovely, love him omg!!! OHHHH THE GUAC IS AMAZING!!!

I was excited about this chipotle because I thought the location would mean better quality ingredients, but that is not the case. Got two bowls, one chicken one steak, and in both 75% of the meat was inedible as it was just pieces of fat. Lettuce and pico also looked very old. Will not be returning, good thing Cava is around the corner.

I got burned once again. For awhile chipotle corrected course. Unfortunately the and old problem has crept back in. Si inconsistent. I had a bomb burrito last month on Howard and figured this location was also imprinted over past foibles. Boy was i wrong. First the employee didn’t drain the water soaked salsa/tomatoes which made my burrito bust a nut on the bottom from falling juices. It was bland. Cardboard, temu obamaesque. The location uses a subtle trick to force staying customers out by blasting music.

Genuinely probably one of the best chipotles on the planet earth. The guy with the moon tattoo behind his ear has the kindest eyes, and the best customer service. Would go back just for him.

Whoever makes the pinto beans at this location should be promoted and travel to all locations to demonstrate how it’s done. Whoever makes the food in general is a God by Chipotle standards. Dined here Feb 25th, 2026.

Chipotle flopping this early on in its game on water street is sad.
Manager seemed to not care about what was happening on the line – chatting with people who came in after the game.
Many people waiting for to go orders. I was hoping for a Chipotle Better than Howard but I think water street got something worse. I was really looking forward to this one.

The pickup orders are ridiculously slow. The “promised” time was 7:30pm and food wasn’t ready till 8pm. I saw the long line cycle through twice while waiting on my order
