I initially thought I would enjoy this place based on how I was treated and how my food tasted. The pizza was decent, but the wings were disappointing. I expected crispy garlic parm wings, but they arrived wet and soggy. When I called to request a remake, the employee and manager refused, claiming they couldn’t replace the wings because it would be a loss of 10 wings, despite me paying $60 for my meal. I will not recommend this place to family or friends and won’t return. Poor food and service.

Wanted to support more local businesses and took a chance on a rando pizza joint. Thankfully I chose right. Service is great, the place is what a awesome OG pizza joint should look like, and best of all the food is amazing. Price is more than fair for the quality of food. The mix with whatever sauce they use, along with the crust makes it awesome. They are very generous with toppings as well.

We went to another pizza place first. Waited for about 5 mins when someone finally came out and said When you’re ready, just put your order in, we’re too busy to be out here. Then walked away. We thought that was crappy so we left and came here, Jacks Pizza and Wings. We were greeted instantly and given a menu. Her service was great and was the food. I was visiting my son in Modesto. I wanted to order pizza for me and my grandkids. They are very picky kids. I picked up the pizza and it was not what I ordered. I didn’t complain but the kids were very sad. The texted day I got a call from the pizza place saying they messed up on our pizza and wanted to make it right. I told them no it was okay. They insisted. This is what good businesses do. I didnt even call them. They delivered a pizza to my son’s house. The kids were so happy. Thank you Jacks pizza and wings.

I contacted Jack’s pizza for the first time last night. I placed an order to be delivered. The service was excellent. The pizza was outstanding. This will definitely be my go to pizza place. I was getting tired of those franchise pizza places that charge an arm and a leg And their pizza is nowhere as good as Jack’s Pizza. It’s nice to find a give a glowing review of an establishment.
