This Starbucks is consistent with the amount of coffee they put in their cups. Consistently less than you pay for. Every time I go to this (Washington Rdl, in front of Target, not in Target) location, I get about two-thirds of whatever cup size I order. See pictures. If you’re going to charge such high prices, then at least fill the cup up. I ordered two grande flat whites, and as soon as I went to the traffic light, I opened the lids to check them. Two thirds is all that was in them. I won’t be going back. The sandwich was delicious. However, it has gotten smaller, and there’s less bacon on it.

Had a little mishap today when the lid on my coffee wasn’t secured properly and it ended up spilling in my lap—but the team couldn’t have been more kind and helpful! They quickly remade my drink and were so apologetic and understanding. Big shoutout to the manager (wish I caught his name!) for handling it all with such professionalism and care. Really appreciated how they turned an uncomfortable moment into a positive experience. Thank you!

This starbucks is absolutely the best! My food is always prepared correctly and my drink is perfect! The girl that works at the window, her name is KYRA, goes above and beyond! She is so kind! Every time I come, she welcomes me by name and remembers my order! She deserves a raise!! I live in Thomson and specifically come to this starbucks because of the service and quality of the food! No complaints!

Disappointing – I ordered a drink and bakery item on the app and knew I was a little early. There was no line in drive thru or in the store – one other gentleman waiting for drinks.
There was easily 7 employees but only ONE woman (black/white plaid jacket) making all the drinks. I don’t think this is her regular store because she asked where they kept various things… I finally had to ask about my drink after waiting 15 minutes. You could tell she was pulling all of the weight.
Finally, the young lady (Kaelynn) that was finishing my drink pulled a blender with white foam and proceeded to smell it and ask someone else if they knew what it was. While she was still unsure of what it was, she attempted to pour it into my drink. When I asked her to make some new – she insisted it was “just vanilla” I insisted I wanted new – one because she wasn’t sure, two that blender had been sitting there longer than 15 minutes because I was standing there that long and no other cold foam drinks were made and three I didn’t want product that she stuck her face in to smell.

At first their manners and professionalism was the worst. Your order was not quite right. Now they are getting better. I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I haven’t been in the store. The drive thru experience was not good but it’s getting better.

I have always had a good experience at this location and today was no exception. I just wanted to give an extra “shout out” to Piper who was above and beyond kind and friendly when I picked up my mobile order this morning. It had been a super hectic morning (hence why I decided to treat myself) and her cheery demeanor and my delicious drink was the pick me up I needed this morning. Thank you for being awesome .

Today we stopped by during a super hot day to get one of those new frozen lemonade things. We ordered on the app, and we ended up having to wait 30 minutes in line to get our drinks, and the person handing them to us handed it to us all melted. Like it was all separated, the juice was on the bottom and whatever else was on the top. I just couldn’t believe they would hand us something that was basically ruined.
