Hands down – best pizza in Waltham! They have great customer service as well! Steak bomb and buffalo chicken pizzas are crowd favorites every time! The owner, Nick, is awesome as well! This is a community focused, well ran pizza shop with a delicious product! Go give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Avoid! They overcharge you if you pay with a credit card.
Short, white, 20-something woman with brown curly hair (seemed like the manager or owner) overcharged my credit card by a dollar each of the last three times I went.
The last time I went, she was apparently showing a co-worker, an Hispanic woman who was making subs and who seemed new, how to overcharge people – short, curly-haired woman called her over to the cash register and they had a good laugh while she was ringing me up. . .so the joke was on me.
Stealing $30K+ a year from customers with a smile! Should be shut down by the state.
Pizza is so undercooked that you’re practically eating raw dough.

Not sure what’s going on! The last time, I ordered 2 large pizzas, lg boneless wings and 2 drinks. There were 9 of us. I received bone in wings and 2 20oz drinks. I was given a $10 credit. Today I ordered a sm honey bbq pizza and lg boneless teriyaki wings. My wife bit into a wing and ran straight to the bathroom. The sauce tasted more like a salty soy sauce and not even covered well, thank goodness. Some pizza slices were left with no coverage of chicken

Great experience with Pini’s Pizzeria for a birthday party. The cheese and pepperoni pizzas were perfectly done and we were able book ahead and have it delivered right on time. Highly recommend!

I got a flyer from them and was initially excited to try their gluten free crust. I added “chicken” as a topping, only to find it’s breaded and therefore NOT gluten free. When i called to inquire and express my dissatisfaction (if it wasn’t plain chicken it should be indicated that it’s breaded) and the woman was rude and didn’t care one bit that i have a GF pizza i can’t eat. If you need to care about gluten be VERY careful with this place.

Got one of the special pizzas that was supposed to come with a pesto sauce, apparently they forgot it – or looking at other reviews this is standard for them just not putting all toppings or substituting other toppings with no notice. Nothing like a dry pizza. Gorgonzola was listed as well as an ingredient but I think they used a singular piece. Idk how such a strong tasting cheese can not show up.
