DO NOT EAT HERE.! I door dashed food on 10/26/2025 from this location 1103 1st St N, Alabaster, AL.! Not only did they get my order wrong they gave me uncooked meat and chx tenders that were not even breaded.! I currently do not have a vehicle and cannot get my money back from door dash because every time I try to report the food it doesn’t allow me too.! Door dash is not responsible for the inconvenience or nasty food that was prepared by nasty, sorry, workers.! I will not be eating at any Milos location again in my life I spent 20 bucks on a meal and could not even eat it.!

The food is great! The place has no seating, though, and the drive through is always packed to the brim. If you don’t mind a brief wait, it’s worth it, however, as they move through the orders rapidly – one of the last remaining examples of properly “fast” fast food.

The food was pretty good, not the golden years quality for sure. Inside this location, there is no where to sit – so beware of that.
Most the staff was accommodating and seemed to be hard at work. Some can make you feel like your a nuisance while others are very kind. Be sure you taste your drink and check your order before leaving. Drinks can be lacking carbonation often.

I just left there getting lunch and had to throw my meal out. I bit into the chicken and it tasted like rubber once I looked at it I noticed it’s pink and slimy in the middle!!! This was my only meal today so if I end up sick I know why, thanks for the undercooked food Milos.

We went through the drive-thru. The lady that works to drive through was so nice. Our food didn’t take long at all and it was hot and fresh. The fries were seasoned we had sauces. It’s the best Milo’s ever.

Update!! They were quick to respond and make it right! So I’m updating my rating to reflect that! I’m so pissed right now, just spent $56 for four meals. Just got home late to eat. All four burgers are burnt. The meat is burnt and the bun is burnt. Who serves this after you just burnt it up!! The cook definitely knew these were burnt, why would you still serve it? I thought at first, it was just a bun that was burnt, until I bit into it. I will be calling tomorrow if someone doesn’t reach out to me. I would have brought this food back but by the time I got back there y’all would be closed .Completely ridiculous! It wont let ke load a picture but I have it, I can email it!

I didn’t even have a chance to rate the food because they didn’t even attempt to acknowledge or help me when I went in to order. I understand it was busy, but there were 4 people working the drive through, one person I think flying something. I understand drive through is the priority, but to the point that everyone else is ignored?

Mega meals aren’t cheap, but after a long day sweating to death I wanted a mega sweet tea the most. Maybe mention to the ice personnel not to completely fill the cup full. I took 4 drinks out of the mega and it was completely empty. I opened the top and here’s the ice level after the tea was drank.

Wish i could give it 0 stars. If you go inside they will look right at you and ignore you. It wasnt busy at all. I was the only customer there. I wont eat there again. What happened to customer service?

Food was good and fresh. The ordering process was an issue. Maybe the microphone didn’t work well. The order was incorrect at the window but they did correct it mostly. Prices are reasonable.
